تعاون سعودي – أمريكي لتحقيق التنوع والابتكار في منظومة الذكاء الاصطناعي – أخبار السعودية – كورا نيو

أثمرت العلاقات الإستراتيجية بين المملكة العربية السعودية والولايات المتحدة الأمريكية، عن تعاون جديد في مجالات البيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي. وشهدت هذه الشراكة نقلة نوعية في مجال التقنيات المتقدمة، بقيادة ولي العهد رئيس مجلس إدارة الهيئة السعودية للبيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي. وعملت الهيئة السعودية للبيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي «سدايا» على مدى ستة أعوام بوصفها المرجع الوطني للبيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي في كل ما يتعلق بهما من تنظيم وتطوير وتعامل في المملكة، على عقد شراكات نوعية مع كبرى شركات التقنية في العالم ومنها الأمريكية، لجعل المملكة مركزًا تقنيًا عالميًا لأحدث التقنيات المتقدمة والتقنيات المرتبطة بالذكاء الاصطناعي.

وسخّرت المملكة، ممثلة في «سدايا»، الإمكانات المتعلقة بالبيانات والقدرات الاستشرافية، وعززتها بالبحث والتطوير والابتكار المتواصل والتعاون مع دول العالم في مجال البيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي لتعظيم الاستفادة من هذه التقنيات المتقدمة ومنها الولايات المتحدة. وفي هذا الإطار، وقعت سدايا العام الماضي أكثر من 29 اتفاقية مع كبرى شركات التقنية العالمية بأمريكا، كما أبرمت أكثر من 90 عقدًا مع شركات أمريكية خلال هذا العام 2025؛ بهدف توطين التقنيات، وتدريب الكوادر الوطنية، وتبادل المعرفة والاستشارات في هذه المجالات التقنية.

وتأتي هذه الجهود انطلاقًا من الرؤية الطموحة 2030، بهدف الارتقاء بالمملكة إلى الريادة ضمن الاقتصادات القائمة على البيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي.

ومنذ إنشاء «سدايا» 2019، عملت الهيئة على بناء منظومة وطنية موحدة للبيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي، تشمل الحوكمة وتطوير القدرات الوطنية وتوفير بنية تحتية رقمية آمنة، إلى جانب تعزيز الاستخدامات المسؤولة للتقنيات المتقدمة، وبرز في هذه المرحلة التعاون بين المملكة وأمريكا بوصفه نموذجًا رائدًا في العمل الدولي المشترك في مجال التقنيات المتقدمة والذكاء الاصطناعي، خصوصًا مع تسارع تطوراته وانتشار تطبيقاته على مستوى العالم.

وتشارك المملكة، ممثلة بـ«سدايا»، في صنع القرار العالمي وتعزيز التعاون الدولي لضمان سلامة استخدام تقنيات البيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي وفق أفضل الممارسات العالمية وتطبيق أخلاقياته التي أقرتها منظمة اليونسكو، ورفع مستوى الوعي تجاه التعامل معها، بالتعاون مع الدول المتقدمة في هذا المجال، وفي مقدمتها الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية، وعززت الشراكة بين البلدين في جعل المملكة مركزًا عالميًا محوريًا لمراكز البيانات فائقة السعة لخدمة المنطقة والعالم من المملكة.

The strategic relations between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the United States of America have resulted in new cooperation in the fields of data and artificial intelligence. This partnership has witnessed a qualitative leap in advanced technologies, led by the Crown Prince, Chairman of the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority. The Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority, known as “SDAIA,” has worked for six years as the national reference for data and artificial intelligence in all matters related to their regulation, development, and management in the Kingdom, establishing quality partnerships with major technology companies worldwide, including those in the United States, to make the Kingdom a global technological hub for the latest advanced technologies and AI-related technologies.

The Kingdom, represented by “SDAIA,” has harnessed data-related capabilities and foresight, enhancing them with continuous research, development, and innovation, as well as collaboration with countries around the world in the field of data and artificial intelligence to maximize the benefits of these advanced technologies, including those from the United States. In this context, SDAIA signed more than 29 agreements last year with major global technology companies in America, and has concluded more than 90 contracts with American companies during this year 2025, aiming to localize technologies, train national cadres, and exchange knowledge and consultations in these technical fields.

These efforts come as part of the ambitious Vision 2030, aimed at elevating the Kingdom to a leadership position among economies based on data and artificial intelligence.

Since the establishment of “SDAIA” in 2019, the authority has worked to build a unified national system for data and artificial intelligence, including governance, developing national capabilities, and providing a secure digital infrastructure, alongside promoting responsible uses of advanced technologies. During this phase, cooperation between the Kingdom and the United States has emerged as a leading model for international joint work in the field of advanced technologies and artificial intelligence, especially with the rapid developments and widespread applications at the global level.

The Kingdom, represented by “SDAIA,” participates in global decision-making and enhances international cooperation to ensure the safe use of data and artificial intelligence technologies according to the best global practices and applying the ethics established by UNESCO, while raising awareness regarding their use, in collaboration with advanced countries in this field, foremost among them the United States of America. The partnership between the two countries has strengthened in making the Kingdom a pivotal global center for high-capacity data centers to serve the region and the world from within the Kingdom.
