أتاح التطبيق الوطني الشامل «توكلنا»، بتعدد خدماته للمبتعثين السعوديين في مختلف دول العالم منهم في الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية، إمكانية الوصول إلى بياناتهم وبطاقاتهم ومستنداتهم الشخصية وإتمام خدماتهم باستخدام شريحة نقال وطنية من بلدان ابتعاثهم، وتسهيل إجراء معاملاتهم اليومية بكل يسر وسهولة، كما يمكن لهم استعراض كافة الخدمات التي يقدمها التطبيق عبر أكثر من 1,100 خدمة تلبي احتياجاتهم لخدمات مختلف الجهات الحكومية والخاصة في خطوة تستهدف التيسير على المبتعثين في الخارج.

ويمكن للمبتعثين عبر تطبيق توكلنا، استعراض بطاقاتهم ووثائقهم المهمة مثل: الهوية الرقمية، وسجل الأسرة، ورخص القيادة، والشهادات، وجواز السفر عبر هواتفهم الذكية، وتمكينهم من إتمام تعاملاتهم اليومية عبر التطبيق من داخل بلد الابتعاث مع الجهات التي تتطلب إثبات الهوية والمستندات النظامية، مما انعكس إيجابًا على دعم استقرارهم وسير حياتهم الأكاديمية.

ووفر التطبيق خدمات رقمية موحدة تمكّنهم من إنجاز الخدمات المرتبطة بالجهات الحكومية المختلفة مثل: وزارة التعليم، ووزارة الداخلية، ووزارة الصحة، ووزارة الموارد البشرية والتنمية الاجتماعية، ووزارة العدل وغيرها من الجهات التي يرتبط بها المبتعث خلال فترة ابتعاثه، ليصبح بإمكانه إصدار الوثائق وتجديدها، واستعراض الشهادات، وإنجاز معاملاته داخل المملكة دون الحاجة لزيارة السفارات أو العودة خصيصًا لإنهاء الإجراءات الإدارية.

The comprehensive national application “Tawakkalna” has provided various services for Saudi scholarship students in different countries around the world, including the United States of America, allowing them to access their data, cards, and personal documents and complete their services using a national SIM card from their host countries. This facilitates their daily transactions with ease and convenience. They can also view all the services offered by the application through more than 1,100 services that meet their needs for various governmental and private sector services, in a step aimed at easing the process for students abroad.

Through the Tawakkalna application, students can view their cards and important documents such as: digital ID, family record, driving licenses, certificates, and passports via their smartphones, enabling them to complete their daily transactions through the application from within the host country with entities that require proof of identity and official documents. This has positively reflected on supporting their stability and the progress of their academic lives.

The application has provided unified digital services that enable them to accomplish services related to various government entities such as: the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Interior, the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, the Ministry of Justice, and other entities that the student interacts with during their scholarship period. This allows them to issue and renew documents, view certificates, and complete their transactions within the Kingdom without the need to visit embassies or return specifically to finalize administrative procedures.
