جدة: ضبط أكثر من 5000 كيلوغرام من الأغذية الفاسدة – أخبار السعودية – كورا نيو

ضبطت أمانة محافظة جدة خلال حملة مشتركة موسعة، عددا من المواقع العشوائية التي تُمارس أنشطة مخالفة تشمل تخزين وبيع مواد غذائية فاسدة، وتشغيل معامل غير نظامية لتحضير الحلويات والمخبوزات، إذ بلغ إجمالي الكميات التالفة التي جرى إتلافها 5250 كيلوغراما.

وأوضح المدير العام لرصد ومعالجة الظواهر السلبية بالأمانة ياسر بخش أن الفرق الميدانية بمشاركة بلدية أم السلم الفرعية وفريق إجادة التابعَين للأمانة، وعددا من الجهات ذات العلاقة تشمل هيئة الزكاة والضريبة والجمارك، ووزارة التجارة، والهيئة العامة للغذاء والدواء، والضبط الميداني، والدفاع المدني، وقفت على مواقع متصلة جنوب المحافظة تضم أنشطة تُدار بطرق عشوائية، وتُشكِّل خطرا على الصحة العامة وسلامة المستهلك.

وأشار بخش إلى أن الفرق رصدت مستودعا عشوائيا يُستخدم لتخزين وبيع مواد غذائية مجهولة المصدر تظهر عليها علامات التلف، داخل 11 ثلاجة كبيرة، إذ جرى إتلاف 3850 كيلوغراما من المواد الفاسدة، إضافة إلى ضبط عيادة طبية غير نظامية داخل غرفة سكنية تُمارس فيها أعمال طبية من قبل شخص مجهول الهوية.

وتابعت الفرق أعمالها في موقع عشوائي ثانٍ داخل مربع سكني، عُثر بداخله على 4 ثلاجات كبيرة تحوي مواد فاسدة مشابهة لما تم ضبطه سابقا، إذ جرى إتلاف 1400 كيلوغرام إضافية، كما وقفت الفرق على شقة داخل عمارة تُستَغل كمعمل لتحضير الحلويات في ظروف غير صحية، إذ تم ضبط 650 كيلوغراما من الحلويات التالفة، إضافة إلى 2160 بيضة لا تحمل بيانات أو تواريخ صلاحية، وضبطت الحملة محلا داخل محطة وقود اتضح أنه يُستغل كمعمل كبير لإنتاج المخبوزات والبسكويت دون تراخيص، وبكميات جاهزة للتوزيع تحمل ذات الملصقات المضبوطة في معمل الحلويات، وقد جرى استلام الحالة من قبل فريق إجادة لوجود اشتباه في تستر تجاري واستكمال الإجراءات النظامية.

The Jeddah Municipality, during an extensive joint campaign, has identified several random locations that engage in illegal activities, including the storage and sale of spoiled food products, as well as operating unlicensed facilities for preparing sweets and baked goods. The total amount of spoiled items that were destroyed reached 5,250 kilograms.

The General Director for Monitoring and Addressing Negative Phenomena at the municipality, Yasser Baksh, explained that field teams, in collaboration with the Al-Salam Sub-Municipality and the Ijada team affiliated with the municipality, along with several relevant authorities including the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority, the Ministry of Commerce, the Saudi Food and Drug Authority, field control, and the Civil Defense, inspected locations connected to the southern part of the province that host activities managed in random ways, posing a risk to public health and consumer safety.

Baksh pointed out that the teams discovered a random warehouse used for storing and selling food products of unknown origin, showing signs of spoilage, inside 11 large refrigerators. A total of 3,850 kilograms of spoiled materials were destroyed, in addition to uncovering an unlicensed medical clinic inside a residential room where medical procedures were being performed by an unidentified individual.

The teams continued their work at a second random site within a residential block, where they found 4 large refrigerators containing spoiled materials similar to those previously seized, leading to the destruction of an additional 1,400 kilograms. The teams also inspected an apartment within a building being used as a facility for preparing sweets under unsanitary conditions, where 650 kilograms of spoiled sweets were confiscated, along with 2,160 eggs lacking labeling or expiration dates. The campaign also discovered a shop inside a gas station that was found to be operating as a large facility for producing baked goods and biscuits without licenses, with quantities ready for distribution bearing the same labels as those seized in the sweets facility. The case was handed over to the Ijada team due to suspicions of commercial concealment and to complete the necessary legal procedures.
