مخدّر غامض يثير الذعر في الجزائر.. والسلطات تتحرك – أخبار السعودية – كورا نيو
في خطوة تعكس حجم القلق الآخذ في التزايد، وجّه محافظ ولاية غرداية بالجزائر نداءً عاجلاً، محذّراً من انتشار مؤثر عقلي خطير يشتبه في استخدامه لاستدراج الفتيات والاعتداء عليهن. الدعوة التي خاطبت المؤسسات الدينية والاجتماعية جاءت لتُعلن حالة استنفار مجتمعي، في مواجهة مخدّر يضرب الأعصاب ويثير مخاوف من تداعياته الأمنية والاجتماعية الخطيرة.
وتتضمن الوثيقة الرسمية، التي نشرت عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي أمس (السبت)، والموجهة إلى كل من مدير الشؤون الدينية والأوقاف ومدير النشاط الاجتماعي، معلومات دقيقة حول طبيعة هذا المخدر الجديد.
وأكدت الوثيقة أن «مخدر الأعصاب GBH» مادة سائلة عديمة اللون والرائحة تُخلط بالمشروبات بسهولة ويستغل في اغتصاب الفتيات، ويعد من أكثر المواد تأثيراً على الجهاز العصبي، فهو يعمل كمثبط قوي يؤدي إلى الإثارة الجنسية، وفقدان الوعي، وشلل الحركة، وضعف القدرة على المقاومة.
وتزداد خطورة هذا المخدر بسبب سهولة مزجه بالمشروبات دون أن تكتشفه الضحية، إضافة إلى إمكانية استهلاكه عبر الفم أو الوريد.
وأكد المحافظ في رسالته، على ضرورة القيام بحملات توعوية فورية، خصوصاً على مستوى المساجد، للتحذير من هذا المخدر.
In a move reflecting the growing concern, the governor of Ghardaia Province in Algeria issued an urgent call, warning of the spread of a dangerous psychoactive substance suspected of being used to lure and assault girls. The appeal, addressed to religious and social institutions, was made to declare a state of community alert in the face of a drug that affects the nerves and raises fears about its serious security and social implications.
The official document, which was published on social media yesterday (Saturday), and directed to both the Director of Religious Affairs and Endowments and the Director of Social Activities, contains precise information about the nature of this new drug.
The document confirmed that “the nerve drug GBH” is a colorless and odorless liquid that mixes easily with drinks and is exploited in the rape of girls. It is one of the most potent substances affecting the nervous system, acting as a strong depressant that leads to sexual arousal, loss of consciousness, paralysis of movement, and reduced ability to resist.
The danger of this drug increases due to its easy mixing with drinks without the victim detecting it, in addition to the possibility of consuming it orally or intravenously.
The governor emphasized in his message the necessity of conducting immediate awareness campaigns, especially at the level of mosques, to warn against this drug.
