وزير العدل لـ «عكاظ»: هناك تنسيق لانتقال البورصة العقارية لهيئة العقار – أخبار السعودية – كورا نيو

أكد وزير العدل الدكتور وليد الصمعاني، ردا على سؤال «عكاظ» خلال المؤتمر الصحفي الحكومي حول أبرز المشروعات للوزارة لتحسين نقل الملكية العقارية وعن انتقال البورصة العقارية للهيئة العامة للعقار، أن وزارة العدل عملت منذ سنوات على توثيق ورقمنة كافة الوثائق العقارية من خلال مبادرة الرقمنة التي وثقت فيها أكثر من 200 مليون وثيقة عقارية.

وأضاف الصمعاني أنه من خلال البورصة العقارية تمت أكثر 350 ألف عملية بمبالغ تجاوزت مئات الملايين من الريالات.

وأشار وزير العدل الدكتور وليد الصمعاني أنه خلال الفترة القادمة سيكون هناك تنسيق مع الهيئة العامة للعقار لانتقال البورصة العقارية للهيئة، مؤكدا أن أول مستهدف من هذا الانتقال هو ألا يتأثر المستفيد، وستعمل الوزارة جنبا إلى جنب مع وزارة البلديات والإسكان والهيئة العامة للعقار على أن لا يتأثر المستفيد بحيث لا يشعر بهذا الانتقال بأي ناحية سلبية عليه وهو المهم بالدرجة الأولى.

Al-Samaani added that through the real estate exchange, more than 350,000 transactions have been completed with amounts exceeding hundreds of millions of riyals.

Minister of Justice Dr. Walid Al-Samaani indicated that in the coming period, there will be coordination with the General Authority for Real Estate for the transition of the real estate exchange to the authority, emphasizing that the primary goal of this transition is to ensure that beneficiaries are not affected. The ministry will work hand in hand with the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing and the General Authority for Real Estate to ensure that beneficiaries do not feel any negative impact from this transition, which is the most important aspect.
