وزير العدل يفتتح المؤتمر العدلي الدولي الثاني في الرياض – أخبار السعودية – كورا نيو

افتتح وزير العدل الدكتور وليد بن محمد الصمعاني، في الرياض اليوم، أعمال المؤتمر العدلي الدولي الثاني، الذي يُعقد تحت رعاية ولي العهد رئيس مجلس الوزراء الأمير محمد بن سلمان بن عبدالعزيز، وبمشاركة نخبة من الخبراء والمختصين من أكثر من 40 دولة حول العالم.

وأكد وزير العدل، في كلمته خلال الافتتاح، أن القطاع العدلي واكب التحولات المتسارعة التي يشهدها العالم، نتيجة الدعم غير المحدود من خادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك سلمان بن عبدالعزيز، وولي العهد رئيس مجلس الوزراء الأمير محمد بن سلمان بن عبدالعزيز، الذي رسخ منظومة عدلية تعلي قيم العدالة وتصون الحقوق.

وأوضح الدكتور وليد الصمعاني أن انعقاد المؤتمر في نسخته الثانية تحت عنوان: «الجودة القضائية»، يأتي امتدادا لما شهدته نسخته الأولى من نقاشات ورؤى ثرية حول مستقبل العدالة في ظل التحول الرقمي.

وفي سياق حديثه عن محور المؤتمر الرئيسي، أكد أن الجودة القضائية أصبحت معيارا أساسيا لقياس كفاءة المنظومات العدلية وأحد العناصر الداعمة لبيئة اقتصادية واستثمارية جاذبة، تُسهم في دعم مسيرة التنمية المستدامة.

وأضاف الدكتور الصمعاني أن مفهوم الجودة القضائية لا يقتصر على مخرجات العمل القضائي فقط، بل يشمل مختلف الجوانب المرتبطة بالعملية القضائية موضوعيا وإجرائيا وتشغيليا.

ويهدف المؤتمر العدلي الدولي الثاني إلى التعريف بتطور المنظومة العدلية والقضائية في المملكة، لا سيما على صعيد الجودة القضائية، وأثر ذلك على المخرجات القضائية، وتحقيق العدالة الناجزة، وحفظ الحقوق، إضافة إلى استعراض التجارب الدولية في مجال الجودة القضائية، ومناقشة أفضل الممارسات لتعزيزها.

ويجمع المؤتمر ممثلين وخبراء لمناقشة أهم المحاور المتعلقة بالجودة القضائية وآليات تعزيزها، من خلال 8 جلسات حوارية تضم أكثر من 50 متحدثا، مما يعكس الاهتمام المتزايد بقضايا الجودة القضائية على المستوى الدولي. كما سيشهد المؤتمر مشاركة نخبة من المختصين والمهتمين بالشأن العدلي والقانوني من مختلف أنحاء العالم، وحضور أكثر من 4 آلاف مشارك محلي ودولي.​

The Minister of Justice, Dr. Walid bin Mohammed Al-Samaani, inaugurated today in Riyadh the second international judicial conference, held under the patronage of the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, with the participation of a select group of experts and specialists from more than 40 countries around the world.

In his opening speech, the Minister of Justice emphasized that the judicial sector has kept pace with the rapid transformations witnessed globally, thanks to the unlimited support from the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz, and the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, who has established a judicial system that upholds the values of justice and protects rights.

Dr. Walid Al-Samaani explained that the conference’s second edition, titled “Judicial Quality,” is a continuation of the rich discussions and insights that characterized its first edition regarding the future of justice in the context of digital transformation.

In discussing the main theme of the conference, he affirmed that judicial quality has become a fundamental criterion for measuring the efficiency of judicial systems and one of the supportive elements for an attractive economic and investment environment, contributing to the support of sustainable development.

Dr. Al-Samaani added that the concept of judicial quality is not limited to the outputs of judicial work only but encompasses various aspects related to the judicial process, both substantively, procedurally, and operationally.

The second international judicial conference aims to introduce the development of the judicial and legal system in the Kingdom, particularly regarding judicial quality, its impact on judicial outputs, achieving swift justice, and preserving rights, in addition to showcasing international experiences in the field of judicial quality and discussing best practices to enhance it.

The conference brings together representatives and experts to discuss the most important topics related to judicial quality and mechanisms to enhance it, through 8 panel discussions featuring more than 50 speakers, reflecting the growing interest in judicial quality issues at the international level. The conference will also witness the participation of a select group of specialists and those interested in judicial and legal matters from around the world, with more than 4,000 local and international participants attending.
