اتهام بإساءة استغلال اسم «العندليب».. تحرك قانوني عاجل ضد حفل «ليلة حليم» في الكويت – أخبار السعودية – كورا نيو
قدم محامي أسرة الفنان الراحل عبدالحليم حافظ طلباً للنائب العام الكويتي لوقف حفل «ليلة حليم»، الذي يشارك فيه هاني شاكر وخالد سليم، بسبب عدم حصول الشركة المنظمة على موافقة الورثة لاستخدام اسم الفنان.
وأوضحت الأسرة في بيان صحفي أنها فوجئت بإعلان شركة «ليلة العمر» عن تنظيم حفلين باسم «العندليب» في 19 و21 ديسمبر 2025 دون أي تنسيق معها.
وأكد البيان أن التعاقد مع الفنانين لا يمنح الشركة حق استخدام اسم أو صورة عبدالحليم حافظ، مشدداً على أن الأسرة لم توقّع أي تفويض يسمح باستغلال تراث الراحل أو حقوقه الفكرية.
اتهامات بالتعدي على الحقوق الفكرية
واتهمت الأسرة الشركة بالتعدي على حقوق الملكية الفكرية، خصوصاً بعد استخدامها اسم عبدالحليم وتقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي في الدعاية دون إذن.
وأشار المحامي ياسر قنطوش إلى بدء اتخاذ إجراءات قانونية في الكويت، مع مخاطبة وزير الإعلام والثقافة، ورئيس دار الأوبرا، والنائب العام لوقف الفعالية، إلى جانب تحرك قانوني عاجل من المحامي الكويتي ناصر الصليلي.
واختتمت الأسرة بتأكيد عزمها على حماية حقوق الفنان الراحل، مع التعهد بإطلاع الجمهور على أي مستجدات.
The lawyer for the family of the late artist Abdel Halim Hafez submitted a request to the Kuwaiti Public Prosecutor to stop the “Halim Night” concert, which features Hani Shakir and Khaled Selim, due to the organizing company not obtaining the heirs’ approval to use the artist’s name.
The family explained in a press statement that they were surprised by the announcement from “Lailat Al-Omr” company about organizing two concerts under the name “The Nightingale” on December 19 and 21, 2025, without any coordination with them.
The statement confirmed that contracting with the artists does not grant the company the right to use the name or image of Abdel Halim Hafez, emphasizing that the family has not signed any authorization allowing the exploitation of the late artist’s heritage or intellectual rights.
Accusations of Violating Intellectual Rights
The family accused the company of violating intellectual property rights, especially after using Abdel Halim’s name and artificial intelligence techniques in advertising without permission.
Lawyer Yasser Qantosh indicated that legal actions are being initiated in Kuwait, along with addressing the Minister of Information and Culture, the head of the Opera House, and the Public Prosecutor to stop the event, in addition to urgent legal action from Kuwaiti lawyer Nasser Al-Suleili.
The family concluded by affirming their determination to protect the rights of the late artist, pledging to keep the public informed of any developments.
