آل الشيخ: العالم يمرُّ بتحولات كبرى صاحَبها تصاعد الخطابات المتطرفة ودعوات الإلحاد – أخبار السعودية – كورا نيو
أكد وزير الشؤون الإسلامية والدعوة والإرشاد الدكتور عبداللطيف آل الشيخ، أن العناية بالشباب أمانة ورسالة عظيمة، فهم عماد الأمم وسبب نهضتها، وبصلاحهم يكون صلاح البلاد والعباد، مضيفاً أن مرحلة الشباب هي وقت التحصيل والجد والاجتهاد، وأن حسن استثمارها يُثمر نتائج عظيمة على الفرد والمجتمع.
جاء ذلك خلال كلمة المملكة ألقاها نيابة عنه وكيل الوزارة للشؤون الإسلامية الدكتور عواد العنزي، في حفل افتتاح المؤتمر السنوي الثامن والثلاثين لمسلمي أمريكا اللاتينية ودول البحر الكاريبي، الذي انطلق الجمعة بتنظيم من مركز الدعوة الإسلامية بأمريكا اللاتينية ودول البحر الكاريبي بالتعاون مع الوزارة، والذي يُقام هذا العام تحت عنوان: «الشباب المسلم في عصر الذكاء الاصطناعي: آفاق وتحديات»، بمدينة ساوباولو في البرازيل، بمشاركة وفود رسمية وباحثين ومختصين من مختلف الدول.
وأوضح الوزير آل الشيخ أن الشباب اليوم أحوج ما يكونون إلى تعزيز عقيدتهم، وتحصين فكرهم، لا سيما في ظل ما يشهده العالم من فتن ومتغيرات، وتقلبات فكرية وأخلاقية، وبيئات رقمية تعج بأمواج الغلو والانحلال والإلحاد، مشدداً على دور الدعاة والمربين وأهل العلم في مواجهة هذه التحديات، وتحصين الشباب بمنهج الإسلام الوسطي الذي هو وسط بين الغلو والجفاء.
وأضاف آل الشيخ أن العالم يمر بتحولات كبرى وتغيرات متسارعة، صاحَبها تصاعد في الخطابات المتطرفة والدعوات إلى الإلحاد، مما يتطلب جهوداً مشتركة لتمكين الشباب من بناء عقيدتهم الصحيحة، وتعزيز وعيهم، وترسيخ ثوابتهم الدينية، مؤكداً أن التمسك بالعقيدة الصحيحة هو أساس العز والرفعة في الدنيا والآخرة.
وأشار آل الشيخ إلى التجربة الريادية للسعودية في العناية بالشباب وتحصين فكرهم، بقيادة خادم الحرمين وولي العهد، إذ قامت المملكة على منهج الوسطية والاعتدال، وتحكيم الكتاب والسنة، والاهتمام بعقيدة التوحيد، والأخذ بأسباب التطور، حتى أصبحت نموذجاً عالمياً في الجمع بين الثوابت والمتغيرات النافعة.
ونوه آل الشيخ بمضامين ومحاور المؤتمر في دورته الحالية، الذي يحمل عنوان «الشباب المسلم في عصر الذكاء الاصطناعي: آفاق وتحديات» يأتي ضمن الجهود المبذولة لتعزيز الدور الإيجابي للشباب في مجتمعات الأقليات المسلمة، ورفع الوعي بالاستخدام الأمثل لتقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي، وبيان التحديات العقدية والفكرية والاجتماعية المرتبطة به، واستعراض الحلول الكفيلة بتوظيفه في خدمة العلم الشرعي والدعوة.
تأهيل الشباب في مهارات المستقبل
وأوضح وزير الشؤون الإسلامية آل الشيخ، أن المملكة كانت من أوائل الدول التي اهتمت بالذكاء الاصطناعي وتقنياته، وأنشأت لذلك الهيئة السعودية للبيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي (سدايا)، التي تقود التوجه الوطني في هذا المجال، وتعمل على بناء القدرات الوطنية وفق رؤية المملكة 2030. كما أطلقت مبادرة «مليون سعودي للذكاء الاصطناعي – سماي» لتأهيل جيل من الشباب المتمكن في مهارات المستقبل، وأنشأت أكاديمية سدايا التي تقدم برامج تدريبية متقدمة في الذكاء الاصطناعي والبيانات، إلى جانب استضافة المملكة للقمة العالمية للذكاء الاصطناعي. واختتم وزير الشؤون الإسلامية والدعوة والإرشاد، كلمته بالتأكيد على أهمية خروج المؤتمر بتوصيات تسهم في تمكين الشباب المسلم، ومعالجة التحديات المرتبطة بالذكاء الاصطناعي، معرباً عن شكره لرئيس مركز الدعوة في أمريكا اللاتينية والبحر الكاريبي الشيخ أحمد الصيفي، وللقائمين على المؤتمر، ولجميع المشاركين والحضور.
The Minister of Islamic Affairs, Call and Guidance, Dr. Abdul Latif Al Sheikh, affirmed that caring for youth is a trust and a great message, as they are the backbone of nations and the reason for their renaissance. With their righteousness, the prosperity of the country and its people is achieved. He added that the youth stage is a time for acquisition, diligence, and hard work, and that investing it wisely yields great results for both the individual and society.
This was stated during the Kingdom’s speech delivered on his behalf by the Deputy Minister for Islamic Affairs, Dr. Awad Al-Anzi, at the opening ceremony of the 38th annual conference for Muslims in Latin America and the Caribbean, which commenced on Friday organized by the Islamic Call Center in Latin America and the Caribbean in cooperation with the ministry. This year, the conference is held under the title: “The Muslim Youth in the Age of Artificial Intelligence: Horizons and Challenges,” in São Paulo, Brazil, with the participation of official delegations, researchers, and specialists from various countries.
Minister Al Sheikh explained that today’s youth are in dire need of strengthening their faith and fortifying their thoughts, especially in light of the turmoil and changes the world is witnessing, along with intellectual and moral fluctuations, and digital environments filled with waves of extremism, dissolution, and atheism. He emphasized the role of preachers, educators, and scholars in confronting these challenges and fortifying youth with the moderate Islamic approach that stands between extremism and neglect.
Al Sheikh added that the world is undergoing major transformations and rapid changes, accompanied by a rise in extremist rhetoric and calls for atheism, which necessitates joint efforts to empower youth to build their correct beliefs, enhance their awareness, and solidify their religious constants. He affirmed that adherence to the correct belief is the foundation of honor and elevation in this world and the Hereafter.
Al Sheikh pointed to Saudi Arabia’s pioneering experience in caring for youth and fortifying their thoughts, under the leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and the Crown Prince. The Kingdom has adopted a moderate and balanced approach, upholding the Book and the Sunnah, focusing on the belief in monotheism, and taking the necessary steps for development, making it a global model in combining constants and beneficial changes.
Al Sheikh highlighted the themes and topics of the current conference, titled “The Muslim Youth in the Age of Artificial Intelligence: Horizons and Challenges,” which is part of the efforts to enhance the positive role of youth in Muslim minority communities, raise awareness about the optimal use of artificial intelligence technologies, clarify the doctrinal, intellectual, and social challenges associated with it, and review the solutions that can employ it in the service of religious knowledge and calling.
Empowering Youth with Future Skills
Minister of Islamic Affairs Al Sheikh explained that the Kingdom was one of the first countries to pay attention to artificial intelligence and its technologies, establishing the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA), which leads the national direction in this field and works on building national capacities in accordance with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030. The Kingdom also launched the “One Million Saudis for Artificial Intelligence – SMAI” initiative to prepare a generation of youth skilled in future skills and established the SDAIA Academy, which offers advanced training programs in artificial intelligence and data, in addition to hosting the Global Artificial Intelligence Summit. The Minister of Islamic Affairs, Call and Guidance, concluded his speech by emphasizing the importance of the conference producing recommendations that contribute to empowering Muslim youth and addressing the challenges associated with artificial intelligence, expressing his gratitude to the head of the Call Center in Latin America and the Caribbean, Sheikh Ahmed Al-Sayfi, and to those responsible for the conference, as well as to all participants and attendees.
