الجامعة العربية تندد بـ«الاعتداء» الإسرائيلي على الأقصى والأونروا – أخبار السعودية – كورا نيو

أصدرت الأمانة العامة لجامعة الدول العربية اليوم (الأربعاء)، بياناً رسمياً أدانت فيه بأشد العبارات اقتحام وزير الأمن القومي الإسرائيلي المتطرف إيتمار بن غفير للمسجد الأقصى المبارك أمس (الثلاثاء)، برفقة نحو 270 مستوطناً، حيث أدوا طقوساً تلمودية استفزازية في باحات المسجد تحت حماية قوات الاحتلال الإسرائيلية.

ووصفت الجامعة هذا الاقتحام بأنه انتهاك صارخ للوضع التاريخي والقانوني القائم، واعتداء مباشر على حرمة المقدسات الإسلامية، يهدد السلم والأمن في مدينة القدس المحتلة.

كما استنكرت الجامعة في البيان الذي صدر عن قطاع فلسطين والأراضي العربية المحتلة، اقتحام قوات الاحتلال لمركز القدس الصحي التابع لوكالة الأمم المتحدة لإغاثة وتشغيل اللاجئين الفلسطينيين «الأونروا»، وإصدار أوامر بإغلاقه مؤقتاً لمدة 30 يوماً، مع مخاوف من عدم إعادة فتحه نهائياً.

واعتبرت هذه الخطوة استكمالاً لتنفيذ قانون الكنيست الإسرائيلي غير الشرعي الذي يحظر عمل الأونروا في الأراضي الفلسطينية المحتلة، مما يمثل خرقاً صارخاً لقرار الجمعية العامة للأمم المتحدة بشأن فتوى محكمة العدل الدولية حول التزامات إسرائيل تجاه منظمات الأمم المتحدة، بما فيها الأونروا.

وأشارت إلى أن هذا الإغلاق سيحرم آلاف اللاجئين الفلسطينيين من الخدمات الحيوية في القدس الشرقية، محذرة من أن الصمت الدولي إزاء هذه الجرائم يشجع على استمرارها ويقوض أسس العدالة والقانون الدولي.

وأكد البيان أن هذه الممارسات تشكل خرقاً للقانون الدولي الإنساني ولاتفاقيات جنيف، وتكشف عن سياسة ممنهجة لتغيير هوية القدس وتقويض الوجود الفلسطيني فيها، سواء عبر الاعتداء على المقدسات أو خنق المؤسسات الإنسانية والخدمية.

وطالبت الأمانة العامة المجتمع الدولي، والأمم المتحدة، ومجلس حقوق الإنسان، باتخاذ إجراءات فورية وملموسة لوقف اقتحامات المسجد الأقصى، وحماية الوضع القائم، وضمان حرية عمل الأونروا ومؤسساتها في القدس، ووقف جميع الإجراءات التي تعيق خدماتها الإنسانية، ومحاسبة المسؤولين عن هذه الانتهاكات، وتوفير حماية دولية للشعب الفلسطيني ومقدساته ومؤسساته.

يأتي هذا البيان في سياق تصعيد إسرائيلي متكرر ضد المقدسات الإسلامية والمؤسسات الدولية في القدس المحتلة، حيث اقتحم بن غفير المسجد الأقصى مرات عديدة منذ توليه منصبه في 2023، بما في ذلك اقتحامات في أكتوبر 2025 وأغسطس 2025، مما أثار إدانات عربية ودولية واسعة، معتبراً أنها استفزاز لمشاعر المسلمين وانتهاك للوصاية الهاشمية الأردنية على المقدسات.

أما بالنسبة للأونروا، فقد أقرت إسرائيل في أكتوبر 2024 قانوناً يحظر عمل الوكالة في الأراضي المحتلة، مما أثار انتقادات دولية حادة، بما في ذلك قرار الجمعية العامة للأمم المتحدة الذي أكد التزامات إسرائيل تجاه المنظمات الدولية.

ويوم الإثنين الماضي اقتحمت قوات الاحتلال مركز القدس الصحي داخل البلدة القديمة، وأصدرت أمراً بإغلاقه لمدة شهر، مع تحذير من الأونروا بأن هذا ينذر بـ«اقتراب نهاية وجودها الممتد لعقود» في القدس الشرقية، مما يقلص حضور الأمم المتحدة في المنطقة ويحرم عشرات الآلاف من اللاجئين من خدمات صحية أساسية.

The General Secretariat of the Arab League issued an official statement today (Wednesday), strongly condemning the incursion of the extremist Israeli National Security Minister Itamar Ben Gvir into the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque yesterday (Tuesday), accompanied by about 270 settlers, who performed provocative Talmudic rituals in the mosque’s courtyards under the protection of Israeli occupation forces.

The League described this incursion as a blatant violation of the existing historical and legal status, and a direct assault on the sanctity of Islamic holy sites, threatening peace and security in occupied Jerusalem.

The League also condemned, in the statement issued by the Palestine and Arab Territories Sector, the incursion of occupation forces into the Al-Quds Health Center affiliated with the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA), and the issuance of orders to temporarily close it for 30 days, with fears of it not reopening permanently.

This step was considered a continuation of the implementation of the illegal Israeli Knesset law that prohibits UNRWA’s operations in the occupied Palestinian territories, representing a blatant violation of the United Nations General Assembly’s resolution regarding the International Court of Justice’s advisory opinion on Israel’s obligations towards United Nations organizations, including UNRWA.

It pointed out that this closure will deprive thousands of Palestinian refugees of vital services in East Jerusalem, warning that international silence regarding these crimes encourages their continuation and undermines the foundations of justice and international law.

The statement affirmed that these practices constitute a violation of international humanitarian law and the Geneva Conventions, revealing a systematic policy to change the identity of Jerusalem and undermine the Palestinian presence there, whether through assaults on holy sites or suffocating humanitarian and service institutions.

The General Secretariat called on the international community, the United Nations, and the Human Rights Council to take immediate and tangible actions to stop the incursions into Al-Aqsa Mosque, protect the existing status quo, ensure the freedom of UNRWA and its institutions to operate in Jerusalem, halt all actions that hinder its humanitarian services, hold accountable those responsible for these violations, and provide international protection for the Palestinian people, their holy sites, and their institutions.

This statement comes in the context of repeated Israeli escalation against Islamic holy sites and international institutions in occupied Jerusalem, where Ben Gvir has stormed Al-Aqsa Mosque multiple times since taking office in 2023, including incursions in October 2025 and August 2025, which sparked widespread Arab and international condemnations, considering them a provocation to Muslim sentiments and a violation of the Jordanian Hashemite custodianship over the holy sites.

As for UNRWA, Israel enacted a law in October 2024 prohibiting the agency’s operations in the occupied territories, which drew sharp international criticism, including a United Nations General Assembly resolution affirming Israel’s obligations towards international organizations.

Last Monday, occupation forces stormed the Al-Quds Health Center within the Old City and issued an order to close it for a month, with a warning from UNRWA that this signals the “approaching end of its decades-long presence” in East Jerusalem, reducing the United Nations’ presence in the area and depriving tens of thousands of refugees of essential health services.
