الزنداني: «إعمار اليمن» نموذج رائد للعمل المؤسسي.. وبصمات المملكة تُنعش التنمية – أخبار السعودية – كورا نيو

أثنى رئيس مجلس الوزراء اليمني الدكتور شائع محسن الزنداني، على الدور المحوري والريادي الذي يضطلع به البرنامج السعودي لتنمية وإعمار اليمن، واصفاً إياه بـ«النموذج المتقدم» في العمل التنموي المؤسسي، نظير ما أنجزه من مشاريع حيوية ومستدامة لامست احتياجات المواطن اليمني في قطاعات الكهرباء، المياه، الصحة، التعليم، النقل.

​مواقف تاريخية

وأكد الزنداني خلال استقباله، اليوم (الأربعاء)، مساعد المشرف العام للبرنامج السعودي لتنمية وإعمار اليمن المهندس حسن العطاس، أن هذا الدعم المتواصل يجسد المواقف الأخوية الراسخة للمملكة العربية السعودية، بقيادة خادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك سلمان بن عبدالعزيز، وولي عهده رئيس مجلس الوزراء الأمير محمد بن سلمان، ودورهم القيادي في تعزيز الاستقرار الاقتصادي وتخفيف وطأة الظروف المعيشية في اليمن.

​حزمة المليار و900 مليون

وشهد اللقاء استعراض آليات التنسيق المشترك لتنفيذ المشاريع المدرجة ضمن حزمة المساعدات السعودية الجديدة البالغة قيمتها 1.9 مليار ريال سعودي.

وشدد رئيس الوزراء اليمني على ضرورة تسريع وتيرة العمل في المشاريع الإستراتيجية، وفي مقدمتها قطاع الكهرباء، لضمان تحقيق أثر مباشر ومستدام يخدم المواطنين في المحافظات المحررة.

​تذليل الصعاب

وجدد الزنداني حرص الحكومة اليمنية على تقديم التسهيلات اللازمة كافة لضمان نجاح المشاريع الممولة من المملكة العربية السعودية، والعمل بروح الفريق الواحد لتجاوز أي عقبات تقنية أو ميدانية، بما يضمن مواءمة تدخلات البرنامج مع خطط التعافي الاقتصادي الحكومية.

​دعم لا يتوقف

من جانبه، أكد مساعد المشرف العام للبرنامج المهندس حسن العطاس، التزام المملكة الثابت بدعم الحكومة اليمنية ومساندة جهودها لتحقيق الاستقرار وتطوير الأوضاع المعيشية، موضحاً أن الحزمة الجديدة تأتي كحلقة في سلسلة الدعم السعودي الممتد، وتركز على مشاريع ذات بعد إستراتيجي لتعزيز صمود المؤسسات والخدمات الأساسية.

The Yemeni Prime Minister Dr. Sha’if Mohsen Al-Zandani praised the pivotal and pioneering role played by the Saudi Program for the Development and Reconstruction of Yemen, describing it as “the advanced model” in institutional developmental work, due to the vital and sustainable projects it has accomplished that meet the needs of the Yemeni citizen in the sectors of electricity, water, health, education, and transportation.

​Historical Positions

Al-Zandani confirmed during his reception today (Wednesday) of the Assistant Supervisor General of the Saudi Program for the Development and Reconstruction of Yemen, Engineer Hassan Al-Attas, that this continuous support embodies the steadfast brotherly positions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, under the leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz and his Crown Prince, Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman, and their leadership role in enhancing economic stability and alleviating the burdens of living conditions in Yemen.

​The 1.9 Billion Package

The meeting witnessed a review of the mechanisms for joint coordination to implement the projects included in the new Saudi aid package amounting to 1.9 billion Saudi Riyals.

The Yemeni Prime Minister emphasized the need to accelerate the pace of work on strategic projects, foremost among them the electricity sector, to ensure a direct and sustainable impact that serves citizens in the liberated governorates.

​Overcoming Obstacles

Al-Zandani reiterated the Yemeni government’s commitment to providing all necessary facilitation to ensure the success of projects funded by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and to work in a unified team spirit to overcome any technical or field obstacles, ensuring that the program’s interventions align with the government’s economic recovery plans.

​Unceasing Support

For his part, Engineer Hassan Al-Attas, the Assistant Supervisor General of the program, affirmed the Kingdom’s steadfast commitment to supporting the Yemeni government and assisting its efforts to achieve stability and improve living conditions, explaining that the new package comes as a link in the extended chain of Saudi support, focusing on projects with a strategic dimension to enhance the resilience of institutions and essential services.
