كشف صندوق تنمية الموارد البشرية في السعودية تحقيقه أرقاماً قياسية غير مسبوقة في دعم التوظيف والتدريب خلال عام 2025، إذ أسهمت برامج الصندوق ومبادراته في توظيف أكثر من 562 ألف مواطن ومواطنة في منشآت القطاع الخاص، مسجلاً بذلك نمواً بنسبة 29% مقارنة بعام 2024.
وقال الصندوق، في بيان اليوم (الأربعاء)، إن هذه النتائج تأتي تتويجاً لإستراتيجية الصندوق الهادفة إلى مواكبة مستهدفات رؤية المملكة 2030 في تنمية رأس المال البشري ورفع كفاءة سوق العمل.
وأوضح الصندوق أن إجمالي المبالغ المصروفة على برامج دعم التدريب والتمكين والإرشاد خلال عام 2025 تجاوز 8.296 مليار ريال، إذ استفاد أكثر من مليوني مواطن ومواطنة من برامج التدريب والإرشاد والتمكين، بما يسهم في رفع جاهزيتهم المهنية ومواءمة مهاراتهم مع احتياجات القطاعات الواعدة والمتجددة.
منشآت مستفيدة
وارتفع عدد المنشآت المستفيدة من خدمات الصندوق ليصل إلى أكثر من 226 ألف منشأة في مختلف مناطق المملكة، بنمو قدره 27%، إذ استحوذت المنشآت الصغيرة ومتناهية الصغر والمتوسطة على نحو 94% منها، كما تم توقيع 45 اتفاقية تدريب نوعية مرتبطة بالتوظيف في مختلف القطاعات، مما يؤكد الدور المحوري للصندوق ضمن رؤية 2030 لتعزيز دور القطاع الخاص في زيادة مساهمة المنشآت الصغيرة والمتوسطة في الناتج المحلي الإجمالي من خلال الاستثمار في الكوادر الوطنية.
نمو متواصل
وأكد مدير عام صندوق تنمية الموارد البشرية تركي الجعويني أن النمو المتواصل في أعداد المستفيدين يعكس نجاح التحول الإستراتيجي للصندوق في تعظيم الأثر الاقتصادي والاجتماعي، كما يعكس مكانة الصندوق كركيزة إستراتيجية في تنمية القدرات الوطنية، ويجسد الدور المحوري للصندوق في مواءمة مخرجات التدريب مع احتياجات سوق العمل، وتعزيز الشراكات الإستراتيجية للقطاعين العام والخاص لربط الكفاءات الوطنية بالفرص الواعدة في سوق العمل، بما يسهم في بناء اقتصاد معرفي متنوع ومستدام.
وقال: «الصندوق يواصل جهوده في تطوير برامجه لضمان استدامة التوظيف ورفع إنتاجية الكوادر الوطنية، مرتكزاً على بنية رقمية متطورة وشراكات فاعلة تدعم تنافسية المواطن السعودي محلياً وعالمياً».
The Human Resources Development Fund in Saudi Arabia has achieved unprecedented record numbers in supporting employment and training during the year 2025, contributing to the employment of more than 562,000 citizens in private sector establishments, marking a growth of 29% compared to 2024.
The Fund stated in a statement today (Wednesday) that these results are a culmination of the Fund’s strategy aimed at aligning with the objectives of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 in developing human capital and enhancing labor market efficiency.
The Fund clarified that the total amounts disbursed on training, empowerment, and guidance support programs during the year 2025 exceeded 8.296 billion riyals, benefiting more than two million citizens from training, guidance, and empowerment programs, which contributes to enhancing their professional readiness and aligning their skills with the needs of promising and evolving sectors.
Beneficiary Establishments
The number of establishments benefiting from the Fund’s services has increased to more than 226,000 establishments across various regions of the Kingdom, with a growth rate of 27%. Small, micro, and medium-sized enterprises accounted for about 94% of this, and 45 quality training agreements related to employment were signed in various sectors, confirming the Fund’s pivotal role within Vision 2030 to enhance the private sector’s contribution to the GDP through investment in national talents.
Continuous Growth
The General Director of the Human Resources Development Fund, Turki Al-Jawaini, confirmed that the continuous growth in the number of beneficiaries reflects the success of the Fund’s strategic transformation in maximizing economic and social impact. It also reflects the Fund’s position as a strategic pillar in developing national capabilities and embodies the Fund’s pivotal role in aligning training outputs with labor market needs, and enhancing strategic partnerships between the public and private sectors to connect national competencies with promising opportunities in the labor market, contributing to building a diverse and sustainable knowledge-based economy.
He said: “The Fund continues its efforts to develop its programs to ensure the sustainability of employment and enhance the productivity of national cadres, relying on an advanced digital infrastructure and effective partnerships that support the competitiveness of the Saudi citizen locally and globally.”
