كشفت تقديرات إسرائيلية أن حجم الانتشار العسكري الأمريكي في الشرق الأوسط هذا الأسبوع، بلغ مستويات قياسية، وصفت بأنها الأعلى منذ العملية العسكرية ضد إيران في يونيو الماضي.
منصة لهجوم عسكري
وتزامن التحشيد الميداني مع زيارة هي الثانية إلى تل أبيب، لقائد القيادة المركزية الأمريكية براد كوبر.
وأفادت هيئة البث الإسرائيلية، اليوم (السبت)، بأن المؤسسة الدفاعية تقوم بتحليل زيادة انتشار القوات الأمريكية في المنطقة كخطوة قد تكون منصة لهجوم عسكري واسع النطاق ضد إيران، أو كتهديد عسكري موثوق يهدف للضغط على طهران في طريق التوصل إلى اتفاق جديد.
وعلى الرغم من الحوار المستمر مع الجيش الأمريكي، أوضح مصدر أمني، أنه حتى الآن «لا يوجد تنسيق عملياتي بشأن إيران، ولا يزال من غير الواضح كيف سيتصرف الرئيس دونالد ترمب.
أسوأ السيناريوهات
من جانبه، أعلن مسؤول إيراني بأنّ طهران في حالة تأهب قصوى، ومستعدة لأسوأ السيناريوهات، ملوحاً برد عسكري غير مسبوق على أي تحرك يستهدفها، وأكد أنها ستتعامل مع أيّ هجومٍ على أنه “حرب شاملة”.
وقال وزير الخارجية التركي هاكان فيدان، أمس (الجمعة)، إن هناك مؤشرات على أن إسرائيل لا تزال تبحث عن فرصة لشن هجوم على إيران، محذراً من أن مثل هذه الخطوة قد تزيد من زعزعة استقرار المنطقة. وأضاف: “آمل أن يجدوا طريقاً مختلفاً، لكن الحقيقة هي أن إسرائيل، وعلى وجه الخصوص، تبحث عن فرصة لشن هجوم على إيران وهناك مؤشرات على ذلك”.
القرار بيد ترمب وحده
بدورها، أكدت الخارجية الأمريكية أن قرار العمل العسكري ضد إيران بيد الرئيس دونالد ترمب وحده. وأفادت نائبة المتحدث باسم الوزارة مينيون هيوستن، أن الرئيس ترمب وحده من يملك صلاحية اتخاذ القرار بشأن أي عمل عسكري محتمل تجاه إيران، لافتة إلى أنّ الإستراتيجية الأمريكية الحالية تركز على دعم الشعب الإيراني.
وأضافت أن “الرئيس يحرص على إيصال رسالة واضحة للشعب الإيراني بأننا نقف إلى جانبه.. لقد اتخذ خطوات عملية، حتى هذا الشهر، رأينا فرض رسوم جمركية بنسبة 25% على الدول التي تتعامل تجارياً مع إيران، وهو ما ستدفعه مقابل التعامل مع الولايات المتحدة.. كما رأينا عقوبات على أفراد داخل إيران، هذه إجراءات ملموسة”.
وكان السفير الأمريكي لدى إسرائيل مايك هاكابي، ألمح إلى أن الرئيس ترمب لا تزال تراوده الشكوك بشأن توقف إيران عن إعدام المتظاهرين.
وأكد سعي واشنطن للحصول على أدلة على التوقف عن إعدامهم، وفي حال عدم توفر هذه الأدلة سيكون هناك هجوم أمريكي.

Platform for a military attack
The military buildup coincided with the second visit to Tel Aviv by U.S. Central Command Chief Brad Cooper.
The Israeli Broadcasting Authority reported today (Saturday) that the defense establishment is analyzing the increase in U.S. troop presence in the region as a step that could serve as a platform for a large-scale military attack against Iran, or as a credible military threat aimed at pressuring Tehran towards reaching a new agreement.
Despite ongoing dialogue with the U.S. military, a security source clarified that so far “there is no operational coordination regarding Iran, and it remains unclear how President Donald Trump will act.”
The worst-case scenarios
For its part, an Iranian official announced that Tehran is on high alert and prepared for the worst-case scenarios, threatening an unprecedented military response to any moves targeting it, and confirmed that it will treat any attack as a “full-scale war.”
Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan stated yesterday (Friday) that there are indications that Israel is still looking for an opportunity to launch an attack on Iran, warning that such a step could further destabilize the region. He added: “I hope they find a different path, but the truth is that Israel, in particular, is looking for an opportunity to attack Iran, and there are signs of that.”
The decision rests solely with Trump
For its part, the U.S. State Department confirmed that the decision for military action against Iran rests solely with President Donald Trump. Deputy spokesperson for the department, Mignon Houston, stated that only President Trump has the authority to make decisions regarding any potential military action towards Iran, noting that the current U.S. strategy focuses on supporting the Iranian people.
She added that “the president is keen to send a clear message to the Iranian people that we stand by their side… He has taken practical steps, even this month, we saw a 25% tariff imposed on countries that trade with Iran, which they will pay for dealing with the United States… We have also seen sanctions on individuals within Iran; these are tangible measures.”
U.S. Ambassador to Israel Mike Huckabee hinted that President Trump still has doubts about Iran stopping the execution of protesters.
He confirmed Washington’s efforts to obtain evidence of the cessation of executions, and if such evidence is not available, there will be an American attack.
