بريطانيا تعاقب 6 من قيادات وداعمي «الدعم السريع» – أخبار السعودية – كورا نيو

أدرجت بريطانيا اليوم (الخميس) 6 عناصر جديدة على نظام العقوبات الخاص بالسودان جميعهم من قوات الدعم السريع والمرتزقة الأجانب الداعمين لتلك القوات.

وأوضحت وزارة الخارجية البريطانية أن بلادها فرضت عقوبات على قائد قوات درع السودان أبو عاقلة كيكل والقياديين في الدعم السريع حسين برشم ومصطفى إبراهيم عبد النبي.

من جهة أخرى، أعلنت شبكة أطباء السودان اليوم مقتل 22 شخصا بينهم 4 كوادر طبية وإصابة 8 آخرين جراء قصف الدعم السريع لمستشفى الكويك بولاية جنوب كردفان، موضحة أن من بين القتلى المدير الطبي لمستشفى الكويك العسكري و3 كوادر طبية وإصابة 8 آخرين.

ودانت الشبكة استهداف المرافق الصحية والكوادر الطبية، واصفة ما حدث بـ«جريمة حرب وانتهاكاً صارخاً للقانون الدولي الإنساني والمواثيق» التي تكفل حماية المدنيين والمنشآت الطبية.

وأكدت الشبكة أن هذا الاعتداء ليس الأول بل هو ضمن سلسلة اعتداءات انتظمت في ولاية جنوب كردفان وأخرجت عددا من المستشفيات من الخدمة مما سيفاقم من الأزمة الإنسانية ويهدد ما تبقى من الخدمات الصحية المقدمة للمدنيين.

وحملت شبكة أطباء السودان قوات الدعم السريع المسؤولية الكاملة عن هذه الجريمة، مطالبة المجتمع الدولي والمنظمات الأممية والحقوقية بـالتحرك العاجل لوقف الاعتداءات المتكررة على المنشآت الصحية.

Britain today (Thursday) added 6 new individuals to its sanctions list concerning Sudan, all of whom are from the Rapid Support Forces and foreign mercenaries supporting those forces.

The British Foreign Office clarified that the country has imposed sanctions on the commander of the Sudan Shield Forces, Abu Aqila Keikel, and the leaders of the Rapid Support Forces, Hussein Borsham and Mustafa Ibrahim Abdel Nabi.

On another note, the Sudan Doctors Network announced today the death of 22 individuals, including 4 medical personnel, and the injury of 8 others due to the bombardment of the Rapid Support Forces on the Al-Kuwak Hospital in South Kordofan, noting that among the dead were the medical director of the Al-Kuwak Military Hospital and 3 medical staff, with 8 others injured.

The network condemned the targeting of health facilities and medical personnel, describing what happened as a “war crime and a blatant violation of international humanitarian law and treaties” that guarantee the protection of civilians and medical facilities.

The network confirmed that this attack is not the first but is part of a series of assaults that have occurred in South Kordofan, which have rendered several hospitals out of service, exacerbating the humanitarian crisis and threatening the remaining health services provided to civilians.

The Sudan Doctors Network held the Rapid Support Forces fully responsible for this crime, calling on the international community and human rights organizations to take urgent action to stop the repeated assaults on health facilities.
