وزعت المغنية الأمريكية تايلور سويفت، مكافأت بقيمة 197 مليون دولار على فريق جولتها Eras.
وظهرت سويفت في مشهد من سلسلتها الوثائقية الجديدة «The End of an Era»، وهي توزع رسائل مكتوبة بخط يدها على كل فرد من فريقها بينما كانوا مجتمعين حولها.
حماس وشغف
وقالت في فيديو نُشرته على صفحاتها الإلكترونية: «هذه المرحلة من الجولة كانت أصعب من أي شيء قدمته على المسرح من قبل، وقد تعاملتم معها بحماس وشغف كبيرين، وبصبر وروح معنوية عالية»، مؤكدة تحقيق الجولة نجاحاً باهراً بفضل جهود الجميع.
فيما غلبت الدموع أفراد الطاقم تأثراً بهذه اللفتة الرقيقة.
وفي فيديو آخر، أكدت المغنية أنه «كلما زادت إيرادات الجولة، زادت مكافآتهم. هؤلاء الأشخاص يعملون بجد كبير، وهم الأفضل في مجالهم».
يشار إلى أنه رغم حذف المبلغ المذكور من المسلسل الوثائقي، إلا أن موقع Page Six أفاد بأن أحد أفراد الطاقم على الأقل حصل على مكافأة قدرها 100 ألف دولار في يناير.

The American singer Taylor Swift distributed bonuses totaling $197 million to her Eras tour team.
Swift appeared in a scene from her new documentary series “The End of an Era,” where she handed handwritten notes to each member of her team while they were gathered around her.
Excitement and Passion
In a video posted on her social media pages, she said, “This leg of the tour has been harder than anything I’ve ever done on stage before, and you all handled it with great enthusiasm and passion, as well as patience and high spirits,” emphasizing that the tour’s tremendous success was due to everyone’s efforts.
The crew members were moved to tears by this kind gesture.
In another video, the singer confirmed that “the more the tour earns, the more their bonuses increase. These people work incredibly hard, and they are the best in their field.”
It is noted that although the mentioned amount was removed from the documentary series, Page Six reported that at least one crew member received a bonus of $100,000 in January.
Over the past two years, Swift has granted massive bonuses totaling $197 million to the Eras crew, including dancers, choreographers, physical therapists, hair and makeup artists, wardrobe coordinators, band members, and technicians for musical instruments, sound, lighting, and pyrotechnics, as well as riggers, carpenters, video team members, production staff and their assistants, truck drivers, catering staff, sales personnel, and security members.
