حلمي عبدالباقي بعد تحويله إلى التحقيق: «لن أسكت عن حقي» – أخبار السعودية – كورا نيو
علّق وكيل ثاني نقابة الموسيقيين الفنان حلمي عبدالباقي، على قرار نقيب المهن الموسيقية مصطفى كامل بإحالته للتحقيق، على خلفية الخلافات المستمرة مع النقيب، وبعض المخالفات المتعلقة بملف الإسكان.
وقال حلمي عبدالباقي، خلال بث مباشر عبر «فيسبوك»، إنه فوجئ بإحالته للتحقيق، مؤكداً أنه صادق في ما قاله، ومطالباً بتحقيق عادل قائلاً: «لن أسكت عن حقي، وقرار إحالتي للتحقيق ظلم بيّن، وسأدافع عن كرامتي لآخر نفس».
وأوضح عبدالباقي أن دفاعه عن نفسه في الفيديو المسرب كان للحفاظ على كرامته، مشيراً إلى أن القانون ينص على حقه في الرد، وأن ما يحدث معه ظلم واضح.
اتهامات بالتلاعب
وأضاف أن أمثلة سابقة مثل قضية إيمان البحر درويش أظهرت تلاعباً في التحقيقات ولم تنفذ الأحكام القضائية، معتبراً أن التحقيق ضده قرار مبيت للإطاحة به بسبب اعتراضاته ومواقفه السابقة.
وتابع عبدالباقي: «هو أي حد بيعترض يبقى بيتآمر ويتشطب؟ كل ده كان من سنة ونص، أعرف أن أي مخالفة يتاخد قرار في ساعتها، دي نية مبيتة للإطاحة بيا».
وشهدت نقابة المهن الموسيقية خلافات واسعة سابقاً بعد اجتماع للنقيب مصطفى كامل، كشف خلاله عن وجود مخالفات في بعض إدارات النقابة، وطالب بإحالة عدد من المسؤولين للتحقيق للتأكد من صحة الإجراءات الإدارية والمالية.
The second agent of the Musicians’ Syndicate, artist Helmy Abdel-Baqi, commented on the decision of the Syndicate’s head, Mustafa Kamel, to refer him for investigation, following ongoing disputes with the head and some violations related to the housing file.
Helmy Abdel-Baqi stated during a live broadcast on “Facebook” that he was surprised by his referral for investigation, affirming that he is truthful in what he said, and demanding a fair investigation, saying: “I will not remain silent about my rights, and the decision to refer me for investigation is a clear injustice, and I will defend my dignity until my last breath.”
Abdel-Baqi explained that his defense of himself in the leaked video was to preserve his dignity, pointing out that the law stipulates his right to respond, and that what is happening to him is clear injustice.
Allegations of Manipulation
He added that previous examples, such as the case of Iman Al-Bahr Darwish, showed manipulation in the investigations and that judicial rulings were not implemented, considering that the investigation against him is a premeditated decision to oust him due to his objections and previous stances.
Abdel-Baqi continued: “Is anyone who objects considered to be conspiring and should be removed? This all started a year and a half ago; I know that any violation leads to an immediate decision, this is a premeditated intention to get rid of me.”
The Musicians’ Syndicate has previously witnessed extensive disputes following a meeting of head Mustafa Kamel, during which he revealed the existence of violations in some of the syndicate’s departments and called for several officials to be referred for investigation to verify the validity of administrative and financial procedures.
