أعلنت النيابة العامة في المملكة في تغريدة لها على منصة (X) قبل أيام أن النسيج الوطني واللحمة الوطنية واجب وطني، وشددت على أن إثارة النعرات القبلية محصورة وتعد مساساً بالنظام العام.

مثل هذه الرسائل من قبل جهة مهمة ضابطة للسلم الاجتماعي لها مكانة خاصة يجب التركيز عليها للعامة؛ لما لها من أهمية خاصة في قضية الهوية والولاء الذي يفترض ألا يتعدد، وأن يكون لكيان واحد يرقى للقدسية، ويجب معاقبة من يخالف ذلك بشدة وحزم، القبيلة كمكون اجتماعي لها مكانتها ووضعها في المجتمعات العربية، ولكن هذا لا يعني أن تهمش الآخرين وتنظر بدونية لهم في قضايا ومفاهيم واهية لا قيمة لها في عصر الدولة الحديثة؛ التي ترعى وتنظر لمواطنيها على أساس متساوٍ، بعيداً عن الولاء للوطن والهويات المتعددة التي قد تشكل ثقافة مقبولة عند البعض وترقى إلى ولاء أعمى في النهاية، ويكون الوطن ضحية لمثل هذه الثقافات الماضوية، وهذا لا يعني الاعتزاز بقيم وأخلاق وتراث القبيلة كوحدة اجتماعية، وليست بديلاً للوطن والنظرة بازدراء للآخرين وتمييز، وهي غير موجودة على أرض الواقع، الدين الإسلامي ينهى عن كل أشكال التعصب ولا يفرق بين المسلمين على أساس اللون والعرق، فالتقوى هي الأساس، وهناك حديث نبوي شريف للرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم: «.. دعوها فإنها منتنة». وهو يحذّر من العصبية القبلية وما تؤدي إليه من ضغائن وفتنة بين الناس.

في فترات سابقة كانت هناك بعض المحطات التلفزيونية أساسها الانتماء القبلي، ولكن الرقابة عليها قد خففت من انتشار رسائل بعضها الضيق وانتهت أغلبها إلى الإغلاق، ولكن وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي المنتشرة في مجتمعاتنا أعطت بعض ضعاف النفوس نوافذ ووسائط للتفاخر بالأنساب والقبائل والتقليل من مكانة الآخرين وإشغال المجتمع بقضايا أقل ما يقال عنها تافهة ومضرة اجتماعياً، مفهوم الإنسان المنتج هو من يعتمد على ذاته بالعلم والمعرفة والثقافة الإنسانية المنفتحة على كل الثقافات والحضارات بعيداً عن حصر القيم الرفيعة على فئة معينة وكأن الشرائح الاجتماعية الأخرى لا ترتقي لتلك المكانة الساميّة، وهذا خطر كبير في حياة الإنسان والمجتمع والشواهد كثيرة من حولنا، ولا يفهم هذا أنني ضد القبيلة الحديثة الحضارية التي تدفع بأبنائها وبناتها إلى العلم والمعرفة والعمل بكافة أشكالها بعيداً عن تحريم هذه المهنة أو تلك وأنها لا تليق بهم، أفرح وأنا أشاهد وأقرأ حفلات تقيمها بعض القبائل لأبنائها المتفوقين في دراساتهم أو المتخرجين من جامعات مرموقة في تخصصات دقيقة ينفعون بها الوطن ككل، مثل هذه الفعاليات هي ما يجب أن يركز عليه ونشر ثقافة الإنتاجية والعمل وغرس القيم الوطنية في التعليم منذ الصغر.

The Public Prosecution in the Kingdom announced in a tweet on the (X) platform a few days ago that national fabric and national cohesion are a national duty, emphasizing that stirring up tribal sentiments is limited and constitutes a violation of public order.

Such messages from an important authority responsible for social peace hold a special significance that should be highlighted to the public; due to their particular importance in the issue of identity and loyalty, which should not be plural but rather belong to a single entity that ascends to sanctity. Those who violate this should be punished severely and firmly. The tribe, as a social component, has its status and position in Arab societies, but this does not mean that others should be marginalized or looked down upon in matters and concepts that are trivial and hold no value in the era of the modern state; which nurtures and regards its citizens on an equal basis, away from loyalty to the homeland and the multiple identities that may form an acceptable culture for some but ultimately lead to blind loyalty, making the homeland a victim of such outdated cultures. This does not mean that one should not cherish the values, morals, and heritage of the tribe as a social unit, nor should it serve as a substitute for the homeland or foster contempt for others and discrimination, which do not exist in reality. Islam prohibits all forms of fanaticism and does not differentiate between Muslims based on color and race; piety is the foundation. There is a noble prophetic saying from the Messenger, peace be upon him: “… Leave it, for it is rotten.” He warns against tribal fanaticism and the grudges and discord it leads to among people.

In previous periods, there were some television stations based on tribal affiliation, but oversight has reduced the spread of some narrow messages, and most of them ended up being shut down. However, the widespread social media in our societies has provided some weak-minded individuals with platforms to boast about their lineage and tribes, belittling the status of others and preoccupying society with issues that can only be described as trivial and socially harmful. The concept of a productive individual is one who relies on themselves through knowledge and human culture that is open to all cultures and civilizations, away from restricting noble values to a specific group as if other social segments do not rise to that lofty status. This poses a great danger to individual and societal life, and there are many examples around us. This should not be understood as me being against the modern civilized tribe that encourages its sons and daughters to pursue knowledge and work in all its forms, away from prohibiting this profession or that, deeming it unworthy of them. I rejoice when I see and read about events held by some tribes for their outstanding children in their studies or graduates from prestigious universities in specialized fields that benefit the homeland as a whole. Such events are what should be focused on, promoting a culture of productivity and work, and instilling national values in education from a young age.
