قبل مقتلها بطريقة مروعة على يد شقيقها، تركت المحامية الأردنية زينة المجالي رسالة غريبة على حسابها الشخصي بموقع «فيسبوك»، بدت وكأنها نبوءة تستشرف مستقبلها، لتشكل صدمة للرأي العام أضفت بعداً مأساوياً على رحيلها، بعد أن جاءت كلمات المحامية الشابة لتكشف وعياً استثنائياً وتحذيراً مسبقاً قبل نهايتها المأساوية.

نشرت زينة المجالي عبر حسابها على «فيسبوك» تحليلاً لشخصية درامية في أحد المسلسلات، وحرصت على ربطها بالواقع، متحدثة عن «الشخصيات السامة» التي تؤذي الآخرين سعياً لتحقيق سعادتها الوقتية أو مصالحها الشخصية، محذرة الآباء والأمهات من تجاهل تصرفات أبنائهم، وداعية إلى التدخل العلاجي النفسي قبل أن تتحول الأمور إلى كارثة، وطالبت بعدم السكوت عن أي علامات عدائية أو مؤذية.

وكشفت الرسالة وعياً بالأثر الخطير لتجاهل هذه السلوكيات، مؤكدة أن «العيب الحقيقي ليس في السعي للعلاج، بل في ترك المريض يؤذي من حوله دون تدخل».

كلمات زينة الأخيرة صدمت المتابعين بعد رحيلها، لأنها حملت صرخة حقيقية ضد العنف الأسري والإهمال النفسي، وبسببها انتشرت في وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي الأردنية المنشورات حاملة آلاف التعليقات، ودعوات للرحمة ومطالب بالمحاسبة، وسط غضب واسع من بشاعة الحادثة.

ما جعل المنشور الأخير أكثر مأساوية هو توقيته، إذ نشرته زينة قبل الحادثة التي أودت بحياتها على يد شقيقها المدمن، حين تدخلت للدفاع عن والدها أثناء نشوب خلاف عنيف بينه وبين القاتل الذي كان تحت تأثير المخدرات.

ووفقاً لتقرير مركز الطب الشرعي بمستشفى الجامعة الأردنية، تعرضت المحامية الشابة لأربع طعنات نافذة، أصابت إحداها القلب مباشرة، ما أدى إلى وفاتها على الفور. وأكد مصدر طبي أن العائلة تسلمت جثمان زينة بعد انتهاء الإجراءات الرسمية، تمهيداً لدفنها.

وفي تطور رسمي، أسند مدعي عام محكمة الجنايات الكبرى إلى القاتل تهمة القتل العمد مع سبق الإصرار وفق المادة (328/1) من قانون العقوبات الأردني، وقرر توقيفه لمدة 15 يوماً قابلة للتجديد على ذمة القضية. كما تواصل النيابة الأردنية استجواب الشهود من أفراد العائلة لاستكمال ملف التحقيق وكشف كل تفاصيل الجريمة المروعة.

ولم تقتصر انعكاسات هذه الجريمة على إثارة جدل واسع على منصات التواصل الاجتماعي الأردنية يحمل مطالبات بتطبيق أقصى العقوبات على الجاني، أو حتى فتح نقاش مجتمعي حول العنف الأسري، بل أثارت موجة من الحزن لأن كلمات زينة الأخيرة كانت تحذيراً مبكراً من السلوكيات المؤذية ودعوة صادمة وواقعية للتنبه إلى الحاجة للوعي النفسي. ورغم مأساوية الحادثة، بات صدى كلمات زينة المجالي يتردد بين الأردنيين ويحث على الانتباه والوقاية قبل فوات الأوان.

Before her horrific murder at the hands of her brother, Jordanian lawyer Zeina Al-Majali left a strange message on her personal account on Facebook, which seemed like a prophecy anticipating her future, creating a shock for public opinion that added a tragic dimension to her departure, as the words of the young lawyer revealed an exceptional awareness and a prior warning before her tragic end.

Zeina Al-Majali published an analysis of a dramatic character from one of the series on her Facebook account, making sure to relate it to reality, speaking about “toxic characters” that harm others in pursuit of their temporary happiness or personal interests, warning parents not to ignore their children’s behaviors, and calling for psychological intervention before matters turn into a disaster, demanding that no signs of hostility or harmful behavior be overlooked.

The message revealed an awareness of the dangerous impact of ignoring these behaviors, emphasizing that “the real shame is not in seeking treatment, but in allowing the patient to harm those around them without intervention.”

Zeina’s last words shocked her followers after her departure, as they carried a true cry against domestic violence and psychological neglect, and because of this, posts spread on Jordanian social media carrying thousands of comments, calls for mercy, and demands for accountability, amidst widespread anger over the brutality of the incident.

What made the last post even more tragic was its timing, as Zeina published it before the incident that claimed her life at the hands of her addicted brother, when she intervened to defend her father during a violent dispute between him and the killer, who was under the influence of drugs.

According to a report from the Forensic Medicine Center at the Jordan University Hospital, the young lawyer suffered four penetrating stab wounds, one of which directly hit the heart, leading to her immediate death. A medical source confirmed that the family received Zeina’s body after the official procedures were completed, in preparation for her burial.

In an official development, the prosecutor of the Grand Criminal Court charged the killer with premeditated murder under Article (328/1) of the Jordanian Penal Code, and decided to detain him for 15 days, subject to renewal, pending the case. The Jordanian prosecution is also continuing to interrogate family witnesses to complete the investigation file and uncover all the details of the horrific crime.

The repercussions of this crime were not limited to sparking widespread debate on Jordanian social media platforms, demanding the maximum penalties for the perpetrator, or even opening a community discussion about domestic violence, but also triggered a wave of sadness because Zeina’s last words were an early warning of harmful behaviors and a shocking and realistic call to be aware of the need for psychological awareness. Despite the tragic nature of the incident, the echo of Zeina Al-Majali’s words resonates among Jordanians, urging attention and prevention before it is too late.
