زيلينسكي يطالب بموعد محدد لانضمام أوكرانيا للاتحاد الأوروبي – أخبار السعودية – كورا نيو

فيما أعلن الجيش الأوكراني استهداف مصفاة نفط شمال روسيا، طالب الرئيس الأوكراني فولوديمير زيلينسكي، اليوم (الخميس)، موعداً محدداً لانضمام بلاده إلى الاتحاد الأوروبي.

وكتب زيلينسكي منشورا على حسابه في «إكس»: «أوكرانيا ستبذل ما بوسعها لتكون جاهزة من الناحية التقنية للانضمام إلى الاتحاد الأوروبي بحلول عام 2027، مشيراً إلى أنها ستحقق الخطوات الرئيسية على المطلوبة من أجل الانضمام».

وقال الرئيس الأوكراني: «أريد موعداً محدداً»، مضيفاً: «في حال لم يتضمن الاتفاق، الذي سوف توقعه الولايات المتحدة وروسيا وأوكرانيا وأوروبا، موعداً محدداً للانضمام، فإن موسكو ستعمل على تعطيل العملية بشكل غير مباشر، من خلال بعض الممثلين الأوروبيين، ولن تتصرف بمفردها».

ووصف انضمام بلاده إلى الاتحاد الأوروبي بأنه ضمان أمني لأوكرانيا، مؤكداً ضرورة وجود تفاصيل محددة وجدول زمني ثابت.

وكان دبلوماسي روسي رفيع المستوى قد قال منتصف الأسبوع الحالي إن أي اتفاق لتسوية النزاع المستمر منذ ما يقرب من 4 سنوات بين موسكو وكييف يجب أن يأخذ في الاعتبار تقديم ضمانات أمنية لبلاده.

في حين قال نائب وزير الخارجية الروسي ألكسندر غروشكو لصحيفة إزفستيا: «ندرك أن التسوية السلمية في أوكرانيا يجب أن تأخذ في الاعتبار المصالح الأمنية لأوكرانيا، لكن العامل الرئيسي، بالطبع، هو المصالح الأمنية لروسيا»، مضيفاً: «إذا نظرت بعناية ودرست التصريحات التي أدلى بها قادة الاتحاد الأوروبي، فلن تجد أحداً يتحدث عن ضمانات أمنية لروسيا، وهذا عنصر أساسي في اتفاق السلام، وبدونه، لا يمكن التوصل إلى اتفاق».

While the Ukrainian army announced the targeting of an oil refinery in northern Russia, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky demanded today (Thursday) a specific date for his country’s accession to the European Union.

Zelensky wrote in a post on his account on “X”: “Ukraine will do everything it can to be technically ready to join the European Union by 2027, indicating that it will achieve the main steps required for accession.”

The Ukrainian president said: “I want a specific date,” adding: “If the agreement, which will be signed by the United States, Russia, Ukraine, and Europe, does not include a specific date for accession, then Moscow will work to indirectly disrupt the process through some European representatives, and will not act alone.”

He described his country’s accession to the European Union as a security guarantee for Ukraine, emphasizing the necessity of having specific details and a fixed timeline.

A senior Russian diplomat stated earlier this week that any agreement to settle the ongoing conflict for nearly 4 years between Moscow and Kyiv must take into account providing security guarantees for his country.

Meanwhile, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Alexander Grushko told Izvestia: “We understand that a peaceful settlement in Ukraine must take into account Ukraine’s security interests, but the main factor, of course, is Russia’s security interests,” adding: “If you carefully look at and study the statements made by EU leaders, you will not find anyone talking about security guarantees for Russia, and this is a fundamental element of the peace agreement, and without it, no agreement can be reached.”
