معالي مساعد الداود رئيساً لمجلس إدارة NHC – أخبار السعودية – كورا نيو

أعلنت الشركة الوطنية للإسكان NHC عن تشكيل مجلس إدارتها للدورة الجديدة (2026–2030م)، برئاسة معالي الأستاذ مساعد بن عبد العزيز الداود، وذلك بعد انتخابه من معالي وزير البلديات والإسكان الأستاذ ماجد بن عبد الله الحقيل، ومعالي وزير المالية الأستاذ محمد بن عبد الله الجدعان، ممثلي مالك رأس المال في الشركة.

وتشكّل مجلس إدارة NHC في دورته الجديدة بتولي الأستاذ إبراهيم بن محمد الغيهب منصب نائب رئيس مجلس الإدارة، وعضوية كل من الأستاذ أحمد بن عبد الله آل الشيخ، الأستاذ عبد الرحمن بن عبد الله الطويل، الأستاذ عبد العزيز بن مساعد المساعد، المهندس عبد الله بن فهد الفصام، والأستاذ محمد بن صالح البطي «عضو تنفيذي».

وأكد معالي رئيس مجلس الإدارة، نيابةً عن أعضاء المجلس، تقديره لثقة أصحاب المعالي الوزراء، متطلعًا إلى أن تسهم أعمال مجلس الإدارة خلال الدورة الجديدة في دعم النمو المؤسسي، وتعزيز كفاءة الحوكمة، وتعظيم دور NHC كجهة ممكنة رئيسة في قطاع التطوير والحلول العقارية، وممكنة للقطاعين العام والخاص من خلال شراكات إستراتيجية فاعلة، تسهم في تطوير وجهات عمرانية متكاملة بالشراكة مع مطورين عقاريين من ذوي الخبرة والكفاءة.

يُذكر أن مشاريع NHC تُجسد رؤية الشركة في تطوير مجتمعات عمرانية متكاملة، تواكب مستهدفات برنامج الإسكان – أحد برامج رؤية السعودية 2030 – برفع نسبة التملك السكني إلى 70%. كما تواصل NHC تعزيز مكانتها كأكبر مطوّر عقاري في المنطقة.

The National Housing Company (NHC) announced the formation of its Board of Directors for the new term (2026–2030), chaired by His Excellency Mr. Musaad bin Abdulaziz Al-Dawood, after being elected by His Excellency the Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing, Mr. Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hoqail, and His Excellency the Minister of Finance, Mr. Mohammed bin Abdullah Al-Jadaan, who represent the capital owner in the company.

The NHC Board of Directors for the new term includes Mr. Ibrahim bin Mohammed Al-Ghaith as Vice Chairman, and the membership of Mr. Ahmed bin Abdullah Al-Sheikh, Mr. Abdulrahman bin Abdullah Al-Tawil, Mr. Abdulaziz bin Musaad Al-Musaad, Engineer Abdullah bin Fahd Al-Fasam, and Mr. Mohammed bin Saleh Al-Batti as an “Executive Member”.

His Excellency the Chairman of the Board, on behalf of the board members, expressed his appreciation for the trust of the esteemed ministers, looking forward to the board’s work during the new term contributing to institutional growth, enhancing governance efficiency, and maximizing NHC’s role as a key enabler in the development and real estate solutions sector, facilitating both the public and private sectors through effective strategic partnerships that contribute to the development of integrated urban destinations in partnership with experienced and qualified real estate developers.

It is noteworthy that NHC’s projects embody the company’s vision in developing integrated urban communities that align with the objectives of the Housing Program – one of the programs of Saudi Vision 2030 – aiming to raise the home ownership rate to 70%. NHC continues to strengthen its position as the largest real estate developer in the region.
