منتدى القطاع غير الربحي الدولي بالرياض يختتم نسخته الأولى بحضور 3,800 مشارك وتوقيع 43 اتفاقية – أخبار السعودية – كورا نيو
اختتم اليوم المركز الوطني لتنمية القطاع غير الربحي أعمال منتدى القطاع غير الربحي الدولي (Beyond Profit)، تحت رعاية وزير الموارد البشرية والتنمية الاجتماعية رئيس مجلس إدارة المركز أحمد بن سليمان الراجحي، بحضور عدد من المسؤولين، والجهات من القطاع العام والخاص وغير الربحي، وممثلي المنظمات الدولية والمؤسسات المانحة، ورواد الأعمال الاجتماعية، وقادة المسؤولية الاجتماعية، وبمشاركة واسعة بلغ عدد حضورها أكثر من 3,800 مشارك ومتحدث.
وشارك في أعمال المنتدى -على مدى 3 أيام- أكثر من 100 متحدث محلي ودولي، في ما يزيد على 30 جلسة حوارية، إلى جانب برنامج تنفيذي وورش عمل ناقشت مستقبل القطاع غير الربحي، وتعزيز أثره الاقتصادي والاجتماعي من خلال تطوير الممكنات، وتوسيع الشراكات، واستعراض التجارب الدولية، حيث تجاوز عدد ورش العمل 25 ورشة.
وجرى خلال المنتدى الإعلان عن مبادرتين جديدتين أطلقهما المركز الوطني لتنمية القطاع غير الربحي، تمثلتا في مبادرة تأمين القطاع غير الربحي (وسق)، ومبادرة جوائز البحث في القطاع غير الربحي، الهادفتين إلى دعم العاملين في القطاع، وتحفيز المعرفة، وتعزيز الابتكار، ورفع القدرات المؤسسية للمنظمات غير الربحية.
وشهد المنتدى توقيع أكثر من 43 اتفاقية ومذكرة تعاون وتفاهم، شملت مجالات التطوير المؤسسي، والبحث العلمي، وتنمية القدرات، والتحول الرقمي، وإدارة البيانات، في خطوة تهدف إلى توسيع الشراكات وتمكين المنظمات غير الربحية ورفع جاهزيتها.
ودشن المركز ضمن أعمال المنتدى شبكة تطوع الشركات وتأسيس إدارات التطوع في القطاع الخاص، التي تهدف إلى الربط بين الجهات من مختلف القطاعات، وذلك لزيادة الفاعلية وتعزيز المساهمة ذات الأثر الإيجابي الاجتماعي من خلال إعداد الأدلة التطبيقية والمبادرات النوعية، وزيادة التنافسية في العمل التطوعي، بما يعزز من ثقافته، وفرص المشاركة فيه.
من جهة أخرى، أصدر المركز 29 شهادة استثمار اجتماعي للمنظمات غير الربحية، وذلك لتفعيل قواعد الاستثمار ذي الأثر الاجتماعي، التي أعلن عنها المركز في أغسطس الماضي، حيث تهدف القواعد إلى تنظيم إصدار شهادة الاستثمار ذي الأثر الاجتماعي، وتشجيع المنشآت على الاستثمار ذي الأثر الاجتماعي، ورفع ثقة المستثمرين في المنشآت الحاصلة على الشهادة.
وخلال المنتدى تم إطلاق حفل الجائزة الوطنية للعمل التطوعي، التي تم خلالها تكريم 37 فائزاً عبر 31 جائزة، حيث تضمنت الجائزة الوطنية للعمل التطوعي 4 مسارات، وهي المسار التقديري، ومسار الجهات، ومسار المبادرات التطوعية، ومسار المتطوعين.
وأوضح الرئيس التنفيذي للمركز الوطني لتنمية القطاع غير الربحي أحمد بن علي السويلم أنَّ تنظيم منتدى القطاع غير الربحي الدولي في الرياض يأتي انعكاساً للاهتمام والدعم الكبيرين اللذين يحظى بهما القطاع غير الربحي من القيادة الرشيدة، إذ يعد القطاع ممكّناً رئيسياً لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة ضمن رؤية السعودية 2030، ومساهماً في بناء مجتمع حيوي؛ سعياً إلى تعزيز المشاركة المجتمعية وصناعة أثر اجتماعي واقتصادي مستدام.
وقال السويلم إن المنتدى يمثل منصة عالمية تجمع قادة وخبراء القطاع من مختلف دول العالم، ويوسّع مساحات التعاون والشراكات النوعية، بما يُعزّز مكانة المملكة كمركز دولي للابتكار والتأثير الاجتماعي، وداعم رئيسي لتطوير المنظمات غير الربحية، موضحاً أن المنتدى يهدف إلى إعادة تصور دور القطاع غير الربحي كمحرّك للتقدم الإنساني؛ من خلال تطوير الحوكمة، وبناء الشراكات، وتمكين الابتكار، والاستفادة من التقنيات الحديثة، إلى جانب تنمية قدرات الكفاءات العاملة.
وأكد أن المنتدى سيُسهم في تحقيق نتائج ملموسة، تشمل توسيع الشبكات المهنية، واستقطاب استثمارات اجتماعية جديدة، وتمكين المنظمات غير الربحية من تبنّي أفضل الممارسات العالمية، ما يعزز بناء منظومة أكثر فاعلية وشمولاً واستدامة داخل المملكة وعلى مستوى العالم، مشيراً إلى أن المملكة بإقامتها للنسخة الأولى من المنتدى الدولي تقود التحول التنموي العالمي للقطاع غير الربحي، وترسِّخ ريادتها كمركز عالمي للابتكار والتأثير.
ويأتي ختام المنتدى متزامناً مع اليوم العالمي للتطوع الموافق 5 ديسمبر، وهو مناسبة دولية لتكريم المتطوعين وتسليط الضوء على القيمة التنموية العميقة للعمل التطوعي حول العالم. وقد شكّل هذا التزامن فرصةً لإبراز الدور المحوري للمتطوعين في القطاع غير الربحي داخل المملكة، إذ عكس المنتدى –من خلال جلساته ومبادراته وإطلاق الجائزة الوطنية للعمل التطوعي– واقعاً جديداً تتقدم فيه المملكة نحو بناء منظومة تطوعية أكثر تنظيماً وتأثيراً. كما جسّد الاحتفاء بالمتطوعين خلال أعمال المنتدى رسالة المملكة في تعزيز ثقافة العطاء وترسيخ مساهمة العمل التطوعي في التنمية المستدامة، بما ينسجم مع مستهدفات رؤية السعودية 2030 في رفع مشاركة المجتمع وتوسيع أثر القطاع غير الربحي محلياً ودولياً.
Today, the National Center for the Development of the Non-Profit Sector concluded the activities of the International Non-Profit Sector Forum (Beyond Profit), under the patronage of the Minister of Human Resources and Social Development and Chairman of the Center, Ahmed bin Suleiman Al-Rajhi, with the attendance of several officials, entities from the public, private, and non-profit sectors, representatives of international organizations and donor institutions, social entrepreneurs, and leaders in social responsibility, with wide participation that exceeded 3,800 attendees and speakers.
Over the course of 3 days, more than 100 local and international speakers participated in the forum, in over 30 dialogue sessions, alongside an executive program and workshops that discussed the future of the non-profit sector, enhancing its economic and social impact through the development of enablers, expanding partnerships, and showcasing international experiences, with the number of workshops exceeding 25.
During the forum, two new initiatives were announced by the National Center for the Development of the Non-Profit Sector, namely the Non-Profit Sector Insurance Initiative (Wasaq) and the Non-Profit Sector Research Awards Initiative, aimed at supporting workers in the sector, stimulating knowledge, enhancing innovation, and raising the institutional capacities of non-profit organizations.
The forum witnessed the signing of more than 43 agreements and memorandums of cooperation and understanding, covering areas of institutional development, scientific research, capacity building, digital transformation, and data management, in a step aimed at expanding partnerships and empowering non-profit organizations and enhancing their readiness.
As part of the forum’s activities, the Center launched a Corporate Volunteering Network and established volunteer management departments in the private sector, aimed at connecting entities from various sectors, to increase effectiveness and enhance contributions with a positive social impact through the preparation of practical guides and quality initiatives, and to increase competitiveness in volunteer work, thereby enhancing its culture and opportunities for participation.
On another note, the Center issued 29 social investment certificates for non-profit organizations, to activate the rules of social impact investment, which were announced by the Center last August. The rules aim to organize the issuance of social impact investment certificates, encourage establishments to invest in social impact, and increase investors’ confidence in the certified establishments.
During the forum, the National Volunteer Work Award ceremony was launched, during which 37 winners were honored across 31 awards. The National Volunteer Work Award included 4 tracks: the appreciation track, the entities track, the volunteer initiatives track, and the volunteers track.
Ahmed bin Ali Al-Suwailem, the CEO of the National Center for the Development of the Non-Profit Sector, stated that organizing the International Non-Profit Sector Forum in Riyadh reflects the significant interest and support that the non-profit sector receives from the wise leadership, as the sector is a key enabler for achieving sustainable development within Saudi Vision 2030 and contributes to building a vibrant community; striving to enhance community participation and create a sustainable social and economic impact.
Al-Suwailem said that the forum represents a global platform that brings together leaders and experts from the sector from various countries around the world, expanding areas of cooperation and qualitative partnerships, thereby enhancing the Kingdom’s position as an international center for innovation and social impact, and a major supporter of the development of non-profit organizations, explaining that the forum aims to reimagine the role of the non-profit sector as a driver of human progress; through developing governance, building partnerships, enabling innovation, and leveraging modern technologies, alongside developing the capabilities of the workforce.
He emphasized that the forum will contribute to achieving tangible results, including expanding professional networks, attracting new social investments, and enabling non-profit organizations to adopt the best global practices, which enhances the establishment of a more effective, inclusive, and sustainable system within the Kingdom and globally, noting that the Kingdom, by hosting the first edition of the international forum, is leading the global developmental transformation of the non-profit sector and solidifying its leadership as a global center for innovation and impact.
The conclusion of the forum coincides with the International Volunteer Day on December 5, which is an international occasion to honor volunteers and highlight the profound developmental value of volunteer work around the world. This coincidence has provided an opportunity to highlight the pivotal role of volunteers in the non-profit sector within the Kingdom, as the forum reflected – through its sessions, initiatives, and the launch of the National Volunteer Work Award – a new reality in which the Kingdom is advancing towards building a more organized and impactful volunteer system. The celebration of volunteers during the forum’s activities embodied the Kingdom’s message in promoting a culture of giving and solidifying the contribution of volunteer work to sustainable development, in line with the targets of Saudi Vision 2030 to increase community participation and expand the impact of the non-profit sector locally and internationally.
