أمجد عيسى المعروف بدوره الإعلامي البارز في النظام السوري، كان معاونًا مباشرًا للشبل ومسؤولًا عن مؤسسة الوحدة الصحفية التي تشرف على صحيفتي الثورة وتشرين. كما شارك في جولات تفاوضية دولية، أبرزها جنيف 2016 وأستانة في كازاخستان.
