نادية مصطفى: كنت أول من طالب بالتحقيق في فساد «إسكان» النقابة – أخبار السعودية – كورا نيو
فيما أحال نقيب الموسيقيين مصطفى كامل، عضو النقابة الفنانة نادية مصطفى إلى النيابة للتحقيق معها بسبب التقصير في متابعة ملف الإسكان التابع للنقابة، أكدت مصطفى أنها أول من أشار إلى وجود فساد في ملف الإسكان.
وأصدرت مصطفى بيانا أشارت من خلاله إلى كونها أول من طالب ومنذ اللحظة الأولى لدخول النقيب العام إلى النقابة، باتخاذ موقف قانوني واضح وصريح حفاظا على حقوق النقابة وأموالها.
وقالت: «قبل إثبات حق النقابة كان مطلبي الأول والأساسي هو إثبات الحقيقة الكاملة، حفاظا على اسمي وكرامتي ومكانتي وشرفي المهني الذي بنيته على مدار سنوات طويلة من العمل العام وأمام كل من وثق بي واحترمني، وأجدد التزامي الكامل بمواصلة السعي للوصول للحقيقة الكاملة بكل شفافية وبكل احترام للإجراءات القانونية والمؤسسية إحقاقا للحق وصونا لكرامة من حملوا الأمانة بإخلاص».
تجاوزات خطيرة
وعقد كامل أخيرا اجتماعا موسعا مع أعضاء مجلس النقابة، كشف خلاله وجود تجاوزات وصفها بـ«الخطيرة» في بعض إدارات النقابة، ما دفعه للمطالبة بإحالة عدد من المسؤولين، وعلى رأسهم أحمد أبو المجد ونادية مصطفى، إلى جهات التحقيق المختصة، للتأكد من سلامة الإجراءات الإدارية والمالية خلال الفترة الماضية.
وقال مصطفى كامل، في كلمة ألقاها خلال الاجتماع، إن النقابة تمر بمرحلة تحتاج إلى «تنظيف شامل»، مؤكدا «اللي مش قد مصالح الناس يمشي من هنا.. ومحدّش يعمل فيها بطل غير بشغله معايا».
التصريحات جاءت لتفتح الباب أمام موجة جديدة من التساؤلات حول طبيعة المخالفات التي يجرى التحقيق بشأنها، ودور كلٍ من أبو المجد، الذي يشغل منصب السكرتير العام، ونادية مصطفى عضو مجلس الإدارة المتحدثة السابقة باسم النقابة، في الملفات المطروحة، خصوصا في ظل التصعيد الأخير ومطالبات أعضاء في الجمعية العمومية بفرض رقابة مشدّدة على الأداء الإداري داخل النقابة.
While the head of the Musicians’ Syndicate, Mustafa Kamel, referred the syndicate member artist Nadia Mustafa to the prosecution for investigation due to her negligence in following up on the housing file related to the syndicate, Mustafa confirmed that she was the first to point out the existence of corruption in the housing file.
Mustafa issued a statement in which she indicated that she was the first to demand, from the very moment the general secretary entered the syndicate, a clear and explicit legal stance to protect the rights and funds of the syndicate.
She said: “Before proving the syndicate’s right, my primary and fundamental demand was to establish the complete truth, to preserve my name, dignity, status, and professional honor that I have built over many years of public work and in front of everyone who trusted and respected me. I renew my full commitment to continue striving to reach the complete truth with full transparency and with great respect for legal and institutional procedures to uphold justice and preserve the dignity of those who have carried the trust sincerely.”
Serious Violations
Kamel recently held an extensive meeting with the members of the syndicate council, during which he revealed the existence of violations he described as “serious” in some syndicate departments, which prompted him to call for the referral of several officials, including Ahmed Abu Al-Majd and Nadia Mustafa, to the relevant investigative authorities to ensure the integrity of administrative and financial procedures during the past period.
Mustafa Kamel stated in a speech delivered during the meeting that the syndicate is going through a phase that requires “comprehensive cleaning,” emphasizing, “Those who are not up to the interests of the people should leave here… and no one should act like a hero except through their work with me.”
The statements came to open the door to a new wave of questions regarding the nature of the violations being investigated and the role of both Abu Al-Majd, who holds the position of general secretary, and Nadia Mustafa, a board member and former spokesperson for the syndicate, in the issues at hand, especially in light of the recent escalation and demands from members of the general assembly for strict oversight of the administrative performance within the syndicate.
