«الإعلام» في عهده القديم والحديث، من أكبر المؤثرات على العلاقات بين الأمم والشعوب، فمصدر الوسائل التقليدية (إذاعة، تلفاز، صحافة ورقية) معروف في توجهاتها وطرحها وأثرها.
أما الوسائل الحديثة (السوشيال ميديا)؛ فلها سلبياتها وتأثيراتها، فمن الإيجابيات: طرح القضايا المهمة لشعوب العالم، والتأثير في توجهات العالم وأصحاب القرار العالمي والمنظمات الدولية للقيام بمسؤولياتها بمعالجة تلك القضايا. ومن سلبياتها: منصات تزرع الفتن، وتؤجج الكراهية، وتبث السموم، وتنشر الفرقة، وتؤلف الأكاذيب، بمحتوى رنان وعناوين برَّاقة.
إذن؛ فإن الحل هو قيام الدول العربية والإسلامية والخليجية من خلال وزارات إعلامها بوضع قوانين وتشريعات فيما يخصها، للحد من خطورتها، وهو ما تفعله حالياً بلادنا حماها الله من شر الحاقدين.
وثمة دور لمنظمة التعاون الإسلامي وجامعة الدول العربية ومجلس التعاون الخليجي، بمحاسبة أصحاب التوجهات الخبيثة، سواء كانت دولاً أو أفراداً أو منظمات، أو أي جهة تحمل هذا الفكر وتلك التوجهات، وكذلك المساهمة بمساعدة الدول أعضائها لوضع قوانين رادعة وتشريعات نظامية، ومن ثَمَّ القيام بمسؤولياتها لتنفيذ تلك التشريعات والقوانين.
تلك القوانين والتشريعات؛ تحمي مجتمعاتنا من حسابات ومنصات تمارس التضليل والتدليس لخدمة أجندات تدميرية، فتظهر بأسماء مستعارة ووهمية وجنسيات ودول مختلفة، فيظن أن صاحبها من دولة معينة وهو يبث سمومه من دولة أخرى، وما حصل في فترة قريبة من كشف كثير من هذه الحسابات والمنصات دليل على ذلك.
إن أغلب الدول العربية والإسلامية والخليجية، حكومات وشعوباً؛ تدعو -ولله الحمد- للوقوف ضد منصات «الشوشيال ميديا» الداعية لنشر الفرقة وهدم الأمة، بالدعوة إلى السلام ولاجتماع وعدم الفرقة وتغليب المصالح.
“Media” in its old and modern era is one of the greatest influences on the relationships between nations and peoples. The sources of traditional media (radio, television, print journalism) are well-known in their orientations, presentations, and impacts.
As for modern media (social media), it has its negatives and effects. Among the positives: raising important issues for the world’s peoples and influencing the orientations of global decision-makers and international organizations to fulfill their responsibilities in addressing those issues. Among its negatives: platforms that sow discord, incite hatred, spread poison, promote division, and fabricate lies, with flashy content and eye-catching headlines.
Therefore, the solution lies in Arab, Islamic, and Gulf countries, through their ministries of information, enacting laws and regulations concerning these issues to mitigate their dangers, which is what our country is currently doing, may God protect it from the evil of the envious.
There is also a role for the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, the Arab League, and the Gulf Cooperation Council in holding accountable those with malicious agendas, whether they are countries, individuals, organizations, or any entity that carries this ideology and those orientations. Additionally, they should contribute to assisting member states in establishing deterrent laws and regulatory legislation, and then fulfilling their responsibilities to implement those laws and regulations.
These laws and regulations protect our societies from accounts and platforms that engage in deception and misrepresentation to serve destructive agendas, appearing under pseudonyms and fictitious identities and nationalities from different countries. It may be assumed that the owner is from a specific country while they are spreading their poison from another country, and the recent uncovering of many of these accounts and platforms is evidence of that.
Most Arab, Islamic, and Gulf countries, both governments and peoples, are calling -thank God- to stand against social media platforms that advocate for division and the destruction of the nation, by promoting peace, unity, and prioritizing interests.
