على ذمة «لكيب» لاعب فرنسي وشقيقة متهمان في قضية اغتصاب – أخبار السعودية – كورا نيو

أفادت صحيفة «ليكيب» الفرنسية، أن الفرنسي وسام بن يدر لاعب فريق ساكارياسبور التركي لكرة القدم، سيحاكم هو وشقيقه صبري؛ بتهمة الاغتصاب والاعتداء الجنسي في صيف 2023.

وقد تم فتح التحقيق بحق اللاعب البالغ من العمر 35 عاماً، ووجهت التهمة له وشقيقه بعد لقائهما فتاتين في حفل عام 2023، ومن حق وسام بن يدر وشقيقه الاستئناف ضد قرار المحكمة وذلك بعدما وافق قاضي التحقيق على توصية من المدعي العام الذي طلب في نهاية مايو الماضي، محاكمة الدولي الفرنسي السابق وشقيقه بتهمة الاغتصاب، وفق التقرير الذي بثه موقع الـ«RT»، وسبق أن تم الحكم على وسام بن يدر بتهمة الاعتداء الجنسي على شابة وهو في حالة سكر في 2024.

كما أن هذه ليست أول مشكلة قانونية يواجهها وسام بن يدر في الفترة الأخيرة، حيث غرم بمبلغ 90 ألف يورو من قبل محكمة نيس الجنائية بتهمة الإيذاء النفسي لزوجته المنفصل عنها.

إضافة إلى ذلك أدين بن يدر بالتهرب الضريبي خلال فترة تمثيله إشبيلية الإسباني من 2016 إلى 2019.

يذكر أن وسام بن يدر لعب في صفوف فريق موناكو ما بين 2019 وحتى 2024، قبل أن يخوض تجربة غير ناجحة مع سباهان الإيراني في صيف 2024، ومنه انتقل إلى فريق القسم الثاني التركي الذي يمثله حالياً ساكاريا سبور.

The French newspaper “L’Équipe” reported that French player Wissam Ben Yedder of the Turkish football team Sakaryaspor, along with his brother Sabri, will be tried on charges of rape and sexual assault in the summer of 2023.

An investigation has been opened against the 35-year-old player, and charges were brought against him and his brother after they met two girls at a public event in 2023. Wissam Ben Yedder and his brother have the right to appeal the court’s decision after the investigating judge agreed to a recommendation from the prosecutor, who requested in late May to prosecute the former French international and his brother on charges of rape, according to a report broadcast by the “RT” website. Wissam Ben Yedder had previously been convicted of sexual assault against a young woman while intoxicated in 2024.

This is not the first legal issue Wissam Ben Yedder has faced recently, as he was fined 90,000 euros by the Nice Criminal Court for psychological abuse of his estranged wife.

Additionally, Ben Yedder was convicted of tax evasion during his time representing Sevilla in Spain from 2016 to 2019.

It is worth mentioning that Wissam Ben Yedder played for AS Monaco from 2019 to 2024, before having an unsuccessful stint with Sepahan in Iran in the summer of 2024, and then moving to the Turkish second division team he currently represents, Sakaryaspor.
