تكتسب زيارة ولي العهد الأمير محمد بن سلمان بن عبدالعزيز إلى الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية أهمية خاصة على المستوى المحلّي والإقليمي والدولي، فالزيارة رغم جدولها، المُعدّ مسبقاً بحكم ما تقتضيه البروتوكولات وتحتمه الدبلوماسية، لن تخلو من تركيز على قضايا جوهرية هي صميم أولويات السياسة السعودية، وتتمثل في مبادرة حل الدولتين، وإنهاء أزمة الصراع العربي الإسرائيلي، لتحقيق الاستقرار في منطقة الشرق الأوسط.
فيما يعني المملكة والعالم تأمين الملاحة البحرية في الممرات الدوليّة؛ وتتطلع إلى جديّة أممية لتحجيم عبث مليشيا وجماعات مسلّحة لا تأبه لقرارات الأمم المتحدة، ولا تصغي لصوت العقل والحكمة، ما يقتضي حسم كل ما من شأنه أن يهدد التجارة البينية بين الدول، كون تعزيز أمن البحار هو استقرار لأسعار النفط والسلع والخدمات.
وتهتم المملكة بتعزيز الشراكة النوعية مع الولايات المتحدة على كافة المستويات، وتحرص على توطيد دعائم الأمن والاستقرار في العالم، وتوسيع إطار العمل المشترك في سبيل خدمة البشرية، ورفع كفاءة ومهارة الشعوب؛ للحد من مهددات حياة الإنسان وسعادته وأمنه.
فيما يؤكد ولي العهد على أهمية الدور الأمريكي في تحقيق مستهدفات رؤية المملكة، في ظل تشريعات وأنظمة يسرت على المستثمرين، وخلقت المزيد من الفرص، وفي استثمارها مكتسبات مشتركة، في ظل العلاقات الممتدة بين البلدين والمبنيّة على الثقة والوفاء بالالتزامات، وفتح أبواب الحوار بشفافية، ورسم الأفق الأرحب لمستقبل العلاقات الثنائية.
The visit of Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz to the United States of America holds special significance at the local, regional, and international levels. Despite the pre-prepared agenda dictated by protocols and diplomatic necessities, the visit will undoubtedly focus on core issues that are central to Saudi Arabia’s political priorities, including the two-state solution initiative and ending the Arab-Israeli conflict to achieve stability in the Middle East.
For the Kingdom and the world, securing maritime navigation in international corridors is crucial; there is a desire for a serious international effort to curb the chaos caused by militias and armed groups that disregard United Nations resolutions and ignore the voice of reason and wisdom. This necessitates decisive action against anything that threatens inter-state trade, as enhancing maritime security is essential for stabilizing oil prices, goods, and services.
The Kingdom is keen on strengthening qualitative partnerships with the United States at all levels and is committed to reinforcing the pillars of security and stability worldwide, expanding the framework for joint action to serve humanity, and enhancing the skills and capabilities of peoples to mitigate threats to human life, happiness, and security.
The Crown Prince emphasizes the importance of the American role in achieving the objectives of the Kingdom’s Vision, in light of legislation and regulations that have facilitated investment and created more opportunities, while leveraging mutual gains within the context of the longstanding relationships between the two countries, built on trust and commitment to obligations, and opening doors for transparent dialogue to shape a broader horizon for the future of bilateral relations.
