«وول ستريت»: ترمب يخطط لخفض أسعار النفط إلى 50 دولاراً – أخبار السعودية – كورا نيو

يخطط الرئيس الأمريكي «دونالد ترمب» ومستشاروه لمبادرة شاملة للسيطرة على قطاع النفط في فنزويلا لسنوات قادمة، وأوضح لمساعديه أنه يعتقد أن جهوده قد تسهم في خفض أسعار النفط إلى المستوى الذي يفضله وهو 50 دولاراً للبرميل، وفقاً لما ذكرته «وول ستريت جورنال» عن مصادر مطلعة.

وتتضمن الخطة التي تدرس حالياً قيام الولايات المتحدة بممارسة نوع من السيطرة على شركة النفط الحكومية الفنزويلية «بي دي في إس إيه» بما في ذلك الاستحواذ على الجزء الأكبر من إنتاجها وتسويقه، وفي حال نجاح الخطة، ستتمكن الولايات المتحدة فعلياً من إدارة معظم احتياطيات النفط في نصف الكرة الغربي، وذلك عند احتساب الاحتياطيات الموجودة في أمريكا ودول أخرى تسيطر فيها شركات أمريكية على الإنتاج.

وحسبما نقلت الصحيفة، أفاد مسؤولان رفيعا المستوى في الإدارة الأمريكية بأن «ترمب» طرح مراراً وتكراراً احتمال خفض أسعار النفط إلى 50 دولاراً للبرميل، وهو المستوى الذي يفضله.

وبالفعل صرحت المتحدثة باسم البيت الأبيض «كارولين ليفيت» قائلة: «ستستفيد صناعة الطاقة الأمريكية، والأهم من ذلك شعبا فنزويلا وأمريكا، استفادة كبيرة من سيطرة الرئيس على نفط فنزويلا الذي كان يستخدم في السابق لتمويل نظام «مادورو»غير الشرعي القائم على تجارة المخدرات والإرهاب».

The American president “Donald Trump” and his advisors are planning a comprehensive initiative to control the oil sector in Venezuela for the coming years, and he has indicated to his aides that he believes his efforts could help lower oil prices to his preferred level of $50 per barrel, according to what “The Wall Street Journal” reported from informed sources.

The plan currently under consideration involves the United States exercising some form of control over the Venezuelan state oil company “PDVSA,” including acquiring the majority of its production and marketing it. If the plan succeeds, the United States would effectively be able to manage most of the oil reserves in the Western Hemisphere, when accounting for reserves in America and other countries where American companies control production.

According to the newspaper, two senior officials in the U.S. administration reported that “Trump” has repeatedly raised the possibility of lowering oil prices to $50 per barrel, which is the level he prefers.

Indeed, White House spokesperson “Caroline Levitt” stated: “The American energy industry, and more importantly, the people of Venezuela and America, will greatly benefit from the president’s control over Venezuelan oil, which was previously used to fund the illegitimate ‘Maduro’ regime based on drug trafficking and terrorism.”
