1.8 مليون مستفيد منذ التأسيس.. و«العقاري» يودع ملياراً و61 مليون ريال لمستفيدي يناير – أخبار السعودية – كورا نيو
أودع صندوق التنمية العقارية، أمس، ملياراً و61 مليون ريال في حسابات مستفيدي برنامج الدعم السكني التابع لوزارة البلديات والإسكان، والصندوق العقاري، وذلك عن يناير 2026.
وأوضح الصندوق، أن إجمالي دعم يناير خُصص لدعم أرباح عقود برامج الدعم السكني المتنوعة، في إطار جهود الصندوق لتعزيز قدرة المستفيدين على تملك السكن، تحقيقاً لمستهدفات برنامج الإسكان، أحد برامج رؤية المملكة 2030.
وأكَّدَ الصندوق العقاري، استمرار العمل على تطوير الحلول التمويلية بالشراكة مع الجهات التمويلية والمطورين العقاريين؛ بما يسهم في تسهيل رحلة تملُّك السكن وفقاً للخيارات والتوصيات التمويلية الملائمة لاحتياجات المستفيدين.
يُذكر أن صندوق التنمية العقارية منذ تأسيسه 1974، دعم أكثر من 1.8 مليون مستفيد، ولا يزال يواصل أداء دوره الريادي في تمكين الأسر السعودية من تملك المسكن المناسب، من خلال تقديم حلول سكنية وتمويلية مبتكرة ومستدامة.
The Real Estate Development Fund deposited yesterday 1 billion and 61 million riyals into the accounts of beneficiaries of the housing support program affiliated with the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing, and the Real Estate Fund, for January 2026.
The fund clarified that the total support for January was allocated to support the profits of various housing support program contracts, as part of the fund’s efforts to enhance the beneficiaries’ ability to own housing, in line with the objectives of the housing program, one of the initiatives of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.
The Real Estate Fund confirmed its ongoing work to develop financing solutions in partnership with financing entities and real estate developers; to facilitate the journey of home ownership according to the financing options and recommendations that suit the beneficiaries’ needs.
It is worth noting that since its establishment in 1974, the Real Estate Development Fund has supported more than 1.8 million beneficiaries, and continues to play its pioneering role in enabling Saudi families to own suitable housing, by providing innovative and sustainable housing and financing solutions.
