توقّع برنامج التنمية الريفية، ارتفاع متوسط الدخل الشهري لمستفيدي البرنامج من صغار المزارعين والمنتجين، إلى أكثر من 20 ألف ريال للفرد بحلول 2030.

وأوضح المتحدث باسم «ريف السعودية» ماجد البريكان، أن النمو الواضح في مستوى دخول صغار المزارعين، جاء نتاجاً لجهد كبير ومتواصل، اعتمد على ركائز إستراتيجية عدة، شملت التوسع في أنشطة البرنامج؛ إذ جرى زيادة نطاق تمكين البرنامج؛ لتتجاوز قاعدة المستفيدين من دعمه وخدماته 200 ألف مستفيد، إضافة إلى العمل على رفع الإنتاجية، من خلال تعميم «المشاريع النموذجية» التي أثبتت نجاحها وقدرتها على زيادة الإنتاج بنسب تراوح بين (40%) و(250%) حسب كل قطاع، إلى جانب إضافة القيمة، عبر تحسين الدخل الريفي وتطوير سلاسل القيمة، إضافةً إلى تحويل المنتجين إلى مستثمرين صغار، ودعم عمليات التصنيع والتسويق المحلي، وتحقيق الاستدامة والتقنية، من خلال استخدام تقنيات الري الحديثة والميكنة الزراعية، لخفض التكاليف التشغيلية بنسب تصل إلى (25%) في بعض العمليات؛ مما أسهم في رفع صافي أرباح المزارعين.

التحول في مستويات الدخل

أبان المتحدث باسم «ريف السعودية» ماجد البريكان، أن التحول في مستويات الدخل الفردي لصغار المنتجين والمزارعين الريفيين، يُعد استثماراً إنتاجياً يهدف إلى جعل العمل في المناطق الريفية خياراً اقتصادياً منافساً للعمل في المناطق الحضرية؛ مما يُسهم في ضمان استقرار المجتمعات الريفية واستدامتها، مشيراً إلى أن التوقعات بتحقيق دخول صغار المنتجين والمزارعين هذا النمو والارتفاع الكبير جاء بناءً على المسار التصاعدي لمستوى الدخل، إذ بدأ متوسط الدخل في 2018م، من مستوى 9,500 ريال، ونجحت جهود البرنامج في رفعه إلى 13,763 ريالاً بنهاية 2024 – 2025م، محققاً زيادة بنسبة 45%، ما يشير إلى نجاح البرامج والمشاريع التي يدعمها «ريف السعودية»، في تطوير وتنمية المجتمعات المحلية، وتعزيز دورها في دعم الاقتصاد الوطني.

The Rural Development Program expects the average monthly income of the program’s beneficiaries, consisting of small farmers and producers, to exceed 20,000 riyals per person by 2030.

Majid Al-Buraikan, the spokesperson for “Riyadh Saudi Arabia,” clarified that the noticeable growth in the income levels of small farmers is the result of significant and continuous efforts, relying on several strategic pillars. This includes expanding the program’s activities; the scope of the program’s empowerment has been increased, allowing the number of beneficiaries of its support and services to exceed 200,000. Additionally, efforts are being made to raise productivity through the dissemination of “model projects” that have proven successful and capable of increasing production by rates ranging from (40%) to (250%) depending on each sector. Moreover, value is being added by improving rural income and developing value chains, in addition to transforming producers into small investors, supporting local manufacturing and marketing operations, and achieving sustainability and technology through the use of modern irrigation techniques and agricultural mechanization, which can reduce operational costs by rates of up to (25%) in some processes; this has contributed to increasing the net profits of farmers.

The transformation in income levels

Majid Al-Buraikan, the spokesperson for “Riyadh Saudi Arabia,” indicated that the transformation in the individual income levels of small producers and rural farmers is considered a productive investment aimed at making work in rural areas a competitive economic option compared to urban areas; this contributes to ensuring the stability and sustainability of rural communities. He pointed out that the expectations for small producers and farmers to achieve this significant growth and increase in income are based on the upward trajectory of income levels, as the average income started in 2018 at 9,500 riyals, and the program’s efforts succeeded in raising it to 13,763 riyals by the end of 2024 – 2025, achieving an increase of 45%. This indicates the success of the programs and projects supported by “Riyadh Saudi Arabia” in developing and enhancing local communities and strengthening their role in supporting the national economy.
