سجلت NHC رقماً قياسياً عالمياً جديداً في موسوعة غينيس للأرقام القياسية، وذلك عن فئة «أكثر وحدات سكنية تُباع خلال حدث إطلاق عقاري في 24 ساعة» حيث بلغ إجمالي الوحدات المباعة 3,980 وحدة سكنية خلال مشاركتها في معرض سيتي سكيب العالمي للعام الماضي 2024.
