NHC توقّع اتفاقية لتنفيذ وحدات سكنية لمشروع «بوابة رسن» في وجهة بوابة مكة – أخبار السعودية – كورا نيو
وقّعت NHC اتفاقية تطوير عقاري مع شركة نجوم السلام لتنفيذ مشروع «بوابة رسن» في وجهة بوابة مكة، وذلك على هامش مشاركتها في معرض سيتي سكيب العالمي 2025، استكمالًا لخططها التوسعية في تطوير الوجهات السكنية المتكاملة بالمنطقة الغربية.
ويقع المشروع على مساحة صافية تبلغ 316,242 م²، ما يجعله إضافة نوعية لمحفظة مشاريع NHC في مكة المكرمة. وتبلغ القيمة التطويرية للمشروع نحو مليار ريال، بعد استكمال مراحل الطرح والترسية والتوقيع خلال الفترة من يناير إلى مايو 2025.
وتأتي هذه الاتفاقية امتدادًا لجهود NHC في تطوير بيئات سكنية حضرية حديثة، وتعزيز جودة الحياة عبر مشاريع تلبي احتياجات السكان وتوفر حلولًا سكنية متكاملة ضمن وجهة بوابة مكة.
يُذكر أن مشاركة NHC في «سيتي سكيب العالمي 2025» تُجسّد دورها الريادي في تطوير وجهات عمرانية متكاملة، ضمن مستهدفات برنامج الإسكان أحد برامج رؤية السعودية 2030، من خلال رفع جودة الحياة وتمكين العملاء من التملّك في بيئات حضرية شاملة تُبنى وفق أفضل المعايير، وترسيخ مكانتها الرائدة عبر مجتمعات نابضة بالحياة وجاهزة للمستقبل، ليست مجرد مشاريع، بل تحوّل وطني يُبنى على أرض الواقع.
NHC has signed a real estate development agreement with Najoom Al-Salam Company to implement the “Rasan Gate” project in the Makkah Gateway destination, during its participation in the Cityscape Global 2025 exhibition, continuing its expansion plans in developing integrated residential destinations in the western region.
The project spans a net area of 316,242 m², making it a qualitative addition to NHC’s portfolio of projects in Makkah. The development value of the project is approximately one billion riyals, following the completion of the bidding, awarding, and signing phases from January to May 2025.
This agreement is an extension of NHC’s efforts to develop modern urban residential environments and enhance the quality of life through projects that meet the needs of residents and provide integrated housing solutions within the Makkah Gateway destination.
It is worth noting that NHC’s participation in “Cityscape Global 2025” embodies its pioneering role in developing integrated urban destinations, as part of the housing program objectives under Saudi Vision 2030, by improving the quality of life and enabling clients to own properties in comprehensive urban environments built according to the best standards, and solidifying its leading position through vibrant communities ready for the future, which are not just projects, but a national transformation built in reality.
