أبرمت NHC اتفاقية إستراتيجية مع مجموعة زيد الحسين وإخوانه للمقاولات، على هامش فعاليات معرض سيتي سكيب العالمي 2025، تهدف إلى تنفيذ مشاريع البنية التحتية وأعمال جودة الحياة في وجهة خزام بمدينة الرياض، بقيمةٍ بلغت 525 مليون ريال، بما يعزز تنوع المشهد العمراني في الوجهة.
وتهدف الاتفاقية إلى تنفيذ حزمة من مشاريع التطوير الحضري المتكاملة داخل وجهة خزام، تشمل أعمال البنية التحتية، إضافة إلى تعزيز جودة الحياة بتطوير المرافق، بما يحقق معايير الاستدامة ويدعم تجربة السكن المتكاملة التي تلتزم بها NHC في جميع وجهاتها العمرانية.
وتعكس هذه الاتفاقية حرص NHC على توسيع شراكاتها مع القطاع الخاص محلياً ودولياً ودفع عجلة التطوير في المدن السعودية، ضمن جهودها المتواصلة لبناء وجهات عمرانية متكاملة تعزز جودة الحياة، وتواكب مستهدفات رؤية السعودية 2030 في رفع نسبة تملّك المواطنين للمساكن إلى 70%.
NHC has signed a strategic agreement with Zaid Al-Hussein and Brothers Contracting Group on the sidelines of the Cityscape Global 2025 exhibition, aimed at implementing infrastructure projects and quality of life initiatives in the Khuzam destination in Riyadh, with a value of 525 million riyals, enhancing the diversity of the urban landscape in the destination.
The agreement aims to implement a package of integrated urban development projects within the Khuzam destination, including infrastructure works, in addition to enhancing quality of life by developing facilities, achieving sustainability standards, and supporting the comprehensive living experience that NHC is committed to in all its urban destinations.
This agreement reflects NHC’s commitment to expanding its partnerships with the private sector both locally and internationally and accelerating development in Saudi cities, as part of its ongoing efforts to build integrated urban destinations that enhance quality of life and align with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 to raise the percentage of citizen home ownership to 70%.
