«NHC» توقّع مذكرة تعاون مع «STC Bank» لدعم الحلول التمويلية والابتكار المالي في الوجهات العمرانية على هامش سيتي سكيب العالمي 2025 – أخبار السعودية – كورا نيو
وقّعت «NHC» مذكرة تعاون مع STC Bank بهدف تعزيز التعاون المشترك في مجالات التمويل والابتكار المالي، وذلك ضمن مشاركتها في معرض سيتي سكيب العالمي 2025 كشريك مؤسس.
وتهدف المذكرة إلى وضع إطار عمل شامل يوسّع مجالات التعاون بين القطاع العقاري والقطاع المالي في الحلول الرقمية والتمويلية، وتطوير عروض المنتجات، والتعاون في تنفيذ الفعاليات والرعايات والأنشطة، إضافة إلى دعم المبادرات المجتمعية المتماشية مع مستهدفات رؤية السعودية 2030.
كما تشمل المذكرة إمكانية التعاون في تطوير مبادرات ومشاريع نوعية في مجال الخدمة المجتمعية، وتقديم برامج تُسهم في رفع جودة الحياة وتعزيز الأثر الاجتماعي المستدام داخل الوجهات العمرانية.
وتأتي هذه الاتفاقية ضمن جهود «NHC» لتوسيع شراكاتها الإستراتيجية مع المؤسسات المالية الوطنية، وتعزيز دورها في تمكين التطوير العمراني عبر حلول داعمة لرحلة التملك السكني، وتدعم الاستدامة الاقتصادية والاجتماعية في الوجهات التي تطورها.
يُذكر أن مشاركة «NHC» في «سيتي سكيب العالمي 2025» تُجسّد دورها الريادي في تطوير وجهات عمرانية متكاملة ضمن مستهدفات برنامج الإسكان، أحد برامج رؤية السعودية 2030، من خلال رفع جودة الحياة وتمكين العملاء من التملّك في بيئات عمرانية بمعايير عالمية، وترسيخ مكانتها الرائدة عبر مجتمعات نابضة بالحياة وجاهزة للمستقبل، ليست مجرد مشاريع بل تحوّل وطني يُترجم على أرض الواقع.
NHC signed a memorandum of cooperation with STC Bank aimed at enhancing joint collaboration in the fields of financing and financial innovation, as part of its participation in the Global Cityscape Exhibition 2025 as a founding partner.
The memorandum aims to establish a comprehensive framework that expands areas of cooperation between the real estate sector and the financial sector in digital and financing solutions, developing product offerings, and collaborating in the implementation of events, sponsorships, and activities, in addition to supporting community initiatives aligned with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030.
The memorandum also includes the possibility of collaboration in developing quality initiatives and projects in the field of community service, and providing programs that contribute to improving the quality of life and enhancing sustainable social impact within urban destinations.
This agreement is part of NHC’s efforts to expand its strategic partnerships with national financial institutions and enhance its role in enabling urban development through solutions that support the journey of home ownership, while promoting economic and social sustainability in the destinations it develops.
It is noteworthy that NHC’s participation in the Global Cityscape 2025 embodies its pioneering role in developing integrated urban destinations within the objectives of the Housing Program, one of the programs of Saudi Vision 2030, by improving the quality of life and enabling clients to own in urban environments with global standards, and solidifying its leading position through vibrant communities ready for the future, representing not just projects but a national transformation that is realized on the ground.
