نعيش ثورة التيك توك، فهو مسيطر على الجميع بمقاطعه القصيرة ومشاهيره في كل مجال، والكل يستطيع أن يشارك ويفتي في أمور خطيرة قد تكون قاتلة للإنسان، خاصة في قضايا الصحة والجمال، لا يوجد مرض لا يوجد له علاج في هذا العالم الافتراضي مهما كانت خطورته من الأمراض المزمنة إلى زراعة الأسنان التي تتم في جلسة واحدة في ذلك العالم الافتراضي، وكل من يبشّر وينصح بالعلاجات الفتاكة كلهم أو في أغلبهم أطباء كما يدعون من كل دول العالم. في أحد الدول العربية قبل أيام تصدر هاشتاق الترند وهو «خالتو لابسة بالطو» الذي يرمز إلى انتشار الأطباء والطبيبات في ذلك الموقع والكل لابس البالطو الأبيض، الذي يفترض أن من يلبسه هو طبيب مرخّص من الجهات التشريعية في بلاده، لكن الفوضى هي حالة أطباء التيك توك، فلا يوجد جهات رقابية تمنع مثل هذه الممارسات الخطيرة أو على الأقل تصرّح لبعضهم للظهور الإعلامي في مثل هذه الوسائط، وأعتقد أن الأمر بسيط على الجهات المسؤولة في كل دولة. قبل أسابيع، رصدت وزارة الصحة بالتنسيق مع الهيئة العامة لتنظيم الإعلام معلومات مضللة عبر وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي حول أدوية محددة خافضة للكولسترول مما تسبب في توقف بعض المرضى عن تناول أدويتهم، هيئة تنظيم الإعلام ذكرت أنها ستتخذ الإجراءات النظامية بحق من ينشر معلومات مضللة والواردة لها من وزارة الصحة، أتمنى أن يكون هناك ضوابط محددة يعمل عليها بسرعة لإيقاف هذه الفوضى، التي تتعلق بحياة وصحة الانسان، فهؤلاء يريدون الشهرة والمال بأية طريقة مثل غيرهم من المشاهير في هذه المواقع. أعرف بصعوبة مراقبة هذه المعلومات في تلك المواقع، لكن مثلاً لماذا لا يُمنَع الأطباء من الظهور في تلك المواقع والحاصلون على تراخيص مهنية للعمل في المملكة؟ بعض الأحيان أتابع أطباء يظهرون في قنوات تلفزيونية رسمية أو منصات رسمية تجد لهم صدى إيجابياً عن بعض الأمراض وطريقة علاجها بالأدوية وأسبابها بطريقة مقنعة بعيداً عن الحلول السحرية لكل الأمراض في أطباء التيك توك، أحدهم يبشر بالعلاج بالخلايا الجذعية في مستشفى في إحدى الدول الآسيوية، وهو منتظر في عيادة أحد الأطباء، ويقول إن مدة انتظاره امتدت لساعات بسبب انشغال ذلك الدكتور بالمرضى وعلاجهم بالخلايا الجذعية، ويجري مقابلات مع بعض المرضى الذين أصبحوا يمشون على أقدامهم بعد عجز عن الحركة والشلل، ومثل هذه المقاطع تحمل مشاعر عاطفية وإنسانية تجاه من تحسّنت حالته الصحية بهذا الشكل الواضح، ولكن من خلال لقطات المستشفى ذاته تجد المرضى وهم في حالة تدل على حالة ذلك المستشفى ونظافته، وعلينا أن نقوم بحملات توعوية مستمرة لما يستجد في عالم الأدوية الجديدة، مسألة الخلايا الجذعية يبدو أنها مبشرة لعلاج بعض الأمراض الصعبة، لكن يجب أن تتم في مراكز طبية وبحثية معترف بها دولياً وليس عيادات ومستشفيات منزوية في أزقة مدن مكتظة بالملايين، وهذا لا يعني أن يبحث الإنسان عن علاج لمرضه، لكن الإشكالية في مدى مصداقية تلك المقاطع والأطباء الذين يلبس معظمهم «البلاطو الأبيض» في تلك المواقع.

Anyone can participate and give opinions on serious matters that could be deadly for humans, especially in health and beauty issues. There is no disease for which there is no treatment in this virtual world, no matter how serious it is, from chronic diseases to dental implants that are done in a single session in that virtual world. Most of those who promote and advise on deadly treatments claim to be doctors from all over the world. A few days ago, a hashtag trended in one of the Arab countries, which was “Auntie in a Lab Coat,” symbolizing the prevalence of doctors and female doctors on that platform, with everyone wearing the white coat, which is supposed to be worn by a licensed doctor from the legislative authorities in their country. However, chaos is the state of TikTok doctors, as there are no regulatory bodies to prevent such dangerous practices or at least authorize some of them to appear in the media on such platforms. I believe this matter is simple for the responsible authorities in each country. A few weeks ago, the Ministry of Health, in coordination with the General Authority for Media Regulation, monitored misleading information on social media about specific cholesterol-lowering medications, which caused some patients to stop taking their medications. The Media Regulation Authority stated that it would take legal action against those who publish misleading information received from the Ministry of Health. I hope there will be specific regulations implemented quickly to stop this chaos, which relates to human life and health, as these individuals seek fame and money by any means, like other celebrities on these platforms. I understand the difficulty of monitoring this information on those platforms, but for example, why are doctors not prohibited from appearing on those platforms if they hold professional licenses to work in the Kingdom? Sometimes I follow doctors who appear on official television channels or official platforms, and they receive positive feedback about certain diseases and their treatment with medications and their causes in a convincing manner, far from the magical solutions for all diseases found in TikTok doctors. One of them promotes treatment with stem cells in a hospital in one of the Asian countries, and he is waiting in the clinic of one of the doctors, saying that his waiting time has extended for hours due to that doctor being busy with patients and treating them with stem cells. He conducts interviews with some patients who have started walking again after being unable to move and paralyzed. Such clips carry emotional and human feelings towards those whose health has improved in such a clear manner. However, through the footage of the hospital itself, you find patients in a state that reflects the condition of that hospital and its cleanliness. We need to conduct continuous awareness campaigns about new developments in the world of new medications. The issue of stem cells seems promising for treating some difficult diseases, but it should be done in internationally recognized medical and research centers, not in clinics and hospitals tucked away in alleys of cities crowded with millions. This does not mean that one should not seek treatment for their illness, but the problem lies in the credibility of those clips and the doctors, most of whom wear the “white coat” on those platforms.
