ارتفعت مخزونات النفط في الولايات المتحدة خلال الأسبوع المنتهي في الحادي والثلاثين من أكتوبر، وذلك بعد تراجعها على مدار الأسبوعين السابقين.
وأظهرت بيانات صدرت الأربعاء عن إدارة معلومات الطاقة، زيادة المخزونات التجارية من النفط الخام بمقدار 5.2 مليون برميل الأسبوع الماضي، في حين كانت تقديرات «وول ستريت جورنال» تشير إلى انخفاض قدره 100 ألف برميل فقط.
لكن البيانات كشفت عن تراجع مخزون البنزين 4.7 مليون برميل خلال نفس الفترة، وانخفاض مخزونات المقطرات -بما يشمل الديزل وزيت التدفئة- بمقدار 600 ألف برميل.
المخزون التجاري
وخلال الأسبوع قبل الماضي، ارتفع الاحتياطي الإستراتيجي لمخزونات النفط بمقدار 0.5 مليون برميل ليصل الإجمالي إلى 409.6 ملايين برميل، وهذا يعني أنه لولا ارتفاع الاحتياطي الإستراتيجي لكانت مخزونات النفط التجارية في أمريكا سترتفع 5.7 مليون برميل تقريباً، لكن الأثر في الأسواق يعتمد على التغيّر في المخزون التجاري، وفقاً لما رصدته وحدة أبحاث الطاقة.
U.S. oil inventories rose during the week ending October 31, following a decline over the previous two weeks.
Data released on Wednesday by the Energy Information Administration showed an increase in commercial crude oil inventories by 5.2 million barrels last week, while estimates from the Wall Street Journal indicated a decrease of only 100,000 barrels.
However, the data revealed a decline in gasoline inventories by 4.7 million barrels during the same period, and a decrease in distillate stocks – including diesel and heating oil – by 600,000 barrels.
Commercial Inventory
During the week before last, the Strategic Petroleum Reserve increased by 0.5 million barrels, bringing the total to 409.6 million barrels. This means that if it weren’t for the rise in the Strategic Reserve, U.S. commercial oil inventories would have increased by approximately 5.7 million barrels. However, the impact on the markets depends on the change in commercial inventory, according to observations from the Energy Research Unit.
