البنيان: 200 مليار ريال لدعم التعليم و63% من المبتعثين في أفضل 50 جامعة – أخبار السعودية – كورا نيو

أكد وزير التعليم يوسف البنيان أن مبادرات الوزارة لتعزيز كفاءة الإنفاق وتحقيق الاستدامة المالية تمثل محورًا أساسيًا في تطوير منظومة التعليم، مشيرًا إلى أن الدعم الكبير للقطاع يعكس اهتمام القيادة ببناء الإنسان السعودي ليكون أساس التنمية ومحورها.

وأوضح البنيان أن الدولة خصصت أكثر من 200 مليار ريال لدعم التعليم العام والجامعي والتقني، وأكثر من 30 مليار ريال في ميزانية 2026 لتعزيز البيئة التعليمية، إلى جانب 4 مليارات لبرامج الابتعاث و2 مليار للبنية التحتية الرقمية، مؤكدًا أن الاستثمار في التعليم أصبح إستراتيجية تحويلية تدعم التنمية المستدامة.

وأشار إلى أن رؤية المملكة 2030 أعادت تعريف التعليم من قطاع خدمي إلى قطاع إستراتيجي يقود صناعة المستقبل، ويعزز الابتكار وتنافسية المواطن في سوق العمل، لافتًا إلى أن ثقافة كفاءة الإنفاق أصبحت جزءًا من عمل جميع الجهات الحكومية والقطاع الخاص والمجتمع المدني.

وعلى صعيد برنامج الابتعاث، أشار البنيان إلى أن 63% من المبتعثين يلتحقون اليوم بأفضل 50 جامعة عالمية، وأن المملكة تقدم أكثر من 100 تخصص نوعي، مع تحقيق المبتعثين 335 جائزة محلية وإقليمية ودولية، مشددًا على ضرورة النظر إلى التعليم كاستثمار للمستقبل وليس مجرد إنفاق.

Minister of Education Yusuf Al-Bunyan confirmed that the ministry’s initiatives to enhance spending efficiency and achieve financial sustainability represent a fundamental axis in the development of the education system, noting that the significant support for the sector reflects the leadership’s interest in building the Saudi individual to be the foundation and core of development.

Al-Bunyan explained that the state has allocated more than 200 billion riyals to support general, university, and technical education, and more than 30 billion riyals in the 2026 budget to enhance the educational environment, in addition to 4 billion for scholarship programs and 2 billion for digital infrastructure, emphasizing that investment in education has become a transformative strategy that supports sustainable development.

He pointed out that the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 has redefined education from a service sector to a strategic sector that leads the future industry, enhances innovation, and increases the competitiveness of citizens in the labor market, noting that the culture of spending efficiency has become part of the work of all government entities, the private sector, and civil society.

Regarding the scholarship program, Al-Bunyan noted that 63% of scholarship recipients are currently enrolled in the top 50 universities worldwide, and that the Kingdom offers more than 100 specialized fields, with scholarship recipients achieving 335 local, regional, and international awards, stressing the need to view education as an investment for the future and not merely as expenditure.
