لا يفاجئني تحقيق وزارة الموارد البشرية والتنمية الاجتماعية ستّ جوائز في ملتقى الحكومة الرقمية 2025، بما في ذلك المركز الأول في قياس التحول الرقمي على مستوى جميع الجهات الحكومية، فقد كانت من أوائل المؤسسات الحكومية التي قادت وتصدرت مسيرة التحول الرقمي منذ انطلاق رؤية السعودية 2030 !
ومثل هذا التفوق لا يتحقق بالصدفة، بل هو نتاج عمل دؤوب وجهد بارز، تعكسه فاعلية وكفاءة أداء المنصات والبوابات الرقمية للخدمات التي تقدمها الوزارة في مجالات عملها، وهي مجالات عديدة ومتفرعة تشمل قطاعات سوق العمل والتنمية الاجتماعية المختلفة !
ومن الجوائز التي حصلت عليها الوزارة، جائزة أفضل مبادرة للشمولية الرقمية عن مبادرة «البطاقات الرقمية الاستباقية للأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة»، التي مكّنت أكثر من 840 ألف مستفيد من الحصول على ثلاث بطاقات رقمية لخدمات (الإركاب، التسهيلات المرورية، التوحّد) دون الحاجة إلى التقديم اليدوي، كما حصلت على جائزة التميز في فئة أفضل تبنٍّ للتطبيقات الذكية عن مبادرة «الرقابة الذكية لسوق العمل»، وهي نظام ذكي يوظّف تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي والتحليلات المتقدمة لرصد حالات الاحتيال والتلاعب في سوق العمل !
إن التحول الرقمي يعكس حرص الوزارة على تبني أفضل الممارسات الحكومية المستدامة، وهو ما مكّنها من تحقيق العديد من الجوائز المتميزة محلياً وإقليمياً ودولياً، ويؤكد أثر الرؤية وبرامج التحول في تعزيز كفاءة الأداء ودفع عملية التحول الرقمي في وزارة الموارد البشرية والتنمية الاجتماعية وسائر المؤسسات الحكومية !
باختصار.. نجاح يحصد الوطن ثماره، وينعكس أثره على جودة حياة المجتمع !
I am not surprised by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development winning six awards at the Digital Government Forum 2025, including first place in measuring digital transformation across all government entities, as it has been one of the first government institutions to lead and spearhead the digital transformation journey since the launch of Saudi Vision 2030!
This level of excellence is not achieved by chance; rather, it is the result of diligent work and outstanding effort, reflected in the effectiveness and efficiency of the digital platforms and portals for the services provided by the ministry in its various fields of work, which encompass numerous and diverse sectors of the labor market and social development!
Among the awards received by the ministry is the Best Initiative for Digital Inclusion award for the initiative “Proactive Digital Cards for Persons with Disabilities,” which enabled more than 840,000 beneficiaries to obtain three digital cards for services (boarding, traffic facilitation, autism) without the need for manual application. The ministry also received the Excellence Award in the category of Best Adoption of Smart Applications for the initiative “Smart Monitoring of the Labor Market,” which is an intelligent system that employs artificial intelligence technologies and advanced analytics to detect cases of fraud and manipulation in the labor market!
Digital transformation reflects the ministry’s commitment to adopting the best sustainable government practices, which has enabled it to achieve numerous distinguished awards locally, regionally, and internationally. It confirms the impact of the vision and transformation programs in enhancing performance efficiency and driving the digital transformation process within the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development and other government institutions!
In short.. a success that reaps the nation’s fruits and reflects its impact on the quality of community life!
