المحامي شعبان سعيد: محمود حجازي تعرّض لـ«كمين» واتهامات التحرش ملفقة – أخبار السعودية – كورا نيو
كشف محامي الفنان محمود حجازي، شعبان سعيد، تفاصيل جديدة في اتهام موكله بالاعتداء على فتاة داخل أحد الفنادق بالقاهرة، واصفاً الواقعة بالكمين الذي نُصب له لتوجيه اتهامات ملفقة لا تستند إلى أدلة قاطعة.
شبهة تلفيق
وأكد خلال ظهوره مع الإعلامي أحمد السالم في برنامج «كلمة أخيرة» بأن الواقعة مدبرة لموكله، مشيراً إلى أن هذه القضية لا تنفصل عن الاتهامات السابقة التي وُجهت إليه وخلافاته الزوجية السابقة، معتبراً أنها تأتي في سياق أزمة شخصية.
ولفت إلى أن الاتهامات التي وُجهت إلى حجازي بالاعتداء على فتاة والتحرش بها تُعد اتهاماً بالغ الخطورة وتترتب عليه عقوبات قاسية، ومسار التحقيقات حتى الآن يشير إلى شبهة تلفيق.
وأضاف عرضت جهات التحقيق كلاً من محمود حجازي والفتاة الأجنبية التي وجهت إليه الاتهامات على مصلحة الطب الشرعي للتحقق من الاتهامات التي وجهتها، واستكمال التحقيقات والإجراءات القانونية.
وأشار إلى استمرارالتحقيقات للوصول إلى الحقيقة الكاملة، موضحاً بأن بعض الإجراءات قد لا تكون حاسمة في الواقعة ولا تساهم في نفيها أو إثباتها، مثل تفريغ كاميرات الفندق.
ونفى خضوع موكله لتحليل المخدرات، مشيراً إلى أن كافة عناصر القضية لا تزال قيد الفحص والدراسة من قبل جهات التحقيق.
ضبط وإحضار
وأصدرت جهات التحقيق أخيراً، أمر ضبط وإحضار للفنان محمود حجازي بعد اتهامه بالتعدي على فتاة أجنبية داخل فندق بمنطقة بولاق أبو العلا بالقاهرة، بعد أن تقدمت الفتاة ببلاغ أوضحت فيه أنه كان في حالة سُكر خلال الواقعة التي تمت في 6 يناير الماضي، موضحة أنها تلقت طوال الفترة الماضية تهديدات متكررة منه لعدم تقديم بلاغ ضده.
وبدأت جهات التحقيق اتخاذ عدد من الإجراءات التي شملت التحفظ على الهاتف من أجل إرساله إلى المعمل الفني لفحصه، وعرض الطرفين على الطب الشرعي بعد الاستماع إلى أقوالهما من أجل الوقوف على ملابسات الواقعة.
The lawyer of the artist Mahmoud Hegazy, Shaaban Said, revealed new details regarding the accusation against his client of assaulting a girl inside a hotel in Cairo, describing the incident as a trap set for him to direct fabricated accusations that lack solid evidence.
Suspicion of Fabrication
He confirmed during his appearance with the media personality Ahmed Al-Salem on the program “Final Word” that the incident was orchestrated against his client, pointing out that this case is connected to previous accusations directed at him and his past marital disputes, considering it part of a personal crisis.
He noted that the accusations against Hegazy of assaulting and harassing a girl are extremely serious and carry harsh penalties, and the course of the investigations so far indicates a suspicion of fabrication.
He added that the investigative authorities presented both Mahmoud Hegazy and the foreign girl who made the accusations to the forensic medicine department to verify the claims she made and to continue the investigations and legal procedures.
He indicated that the investigations are ongoing to reach the complete truth, explaining that some procedures may not be decisive in the incident and do not contribute to disproving or proving it, such as reviewing the hotel’s surveillance cameras.
He denied that his client underwent a drug test, pointing out that all elements of the case are still under examination and study by the investigative authorities.
Arrest and Summons
Finally, the investigative authorities issued an arrest and summons order for the artist Mahmoud Hegazy after he was accused of assaulting a foreign girl inside a hotel in the Boulaq Abu Al-Ala area of Cairo, after the girl filed a report stating that he was in a state of intoxication during the incident that occurred on January 6th of last month, indicating that she had received repeated threats from him not to file a report against him.
The investigative authorities began taking a number of measures, including seizing the phone to send it to the technical lab for examination, and presenting both parties to forensic medicine after listening to their statements to clarify the circumstances of the incident.
