تحت رعاية ولي العهد.. وزارة العدل تنظم اليوم «المؤتمر العدلي الدولي الثاني» – أخبار السعودية – كورا نيو

تحت رعاية ولي العهد رئيس مجلس الوزراء الأمير محمد بن سلمان بن عبد العزيز آل سعود، تبدأ وزارة العدل اليوم (الأحد) تنظيم «المؤتمر العدلي الدولي الثاني» لمدة يومين، في مدينة الرياض بحضور نخبة من الخبراء والقانونيين والمتخصصين من 40 دولة، لتبادل المعرفة والخبرات في مجال الجودة القضائية.
ورفع وزير العدل الدكتور وليد الصمعاني الشكر لولي العهد رئيس مجلس الوزراء على رعايته الكريمة للمؤتمر، مؤكدًا أنها تأتي امتدادًا للدعم غير المحدود والاهتمام الكبير الذي يحظى به المرفق العدلي من القيادة الحكيمة، وعدّ وزير العدل المؤتمر فرصة لتبادل الخبرات والأفكار حول سبل تعزيز الجودة القضائية؛ بما يسهم في تحقيق العدالة الناجزة ورفع كفاءة الأداء القضائي.
وبحسب برنامح التسجيل للمؤتمر الذي اطلعت عليه «عكاظ» فإن محاور الجلسات جرى تقسيمها على يومي الأحد والإثنين، تضمنت في مجملها 8 محاور رئيسة، يتضمن المحورالأول تطوير منظومة التشريعات، ودورها في تعزيز الجودة القضائية، يليه موضوع تطور الإجراءات القضائية وأثره في حماية الجودة القضائية، والمحور الثاني معايير الجودة القضائية ومؤشرات قياسها، ثم ملف تحقيق الجودة في وسائل تسوية المنازعات البديلة.
وفي اليوم التالي يبدأ المحور الرابع عن دور المحاماة في ضمان الجودة القضائية، ثم ملف التحول الرقمي لرفع مستوى الجودة القضائية، يليه محور الآليات الحديثة للتعاون القضائي في المسائل المدنية والتجارية، وآخر المحاور الرئيسية ملف وسائل تحقيق العدالة الوقائية.
ويهدف المؤتمر العدلي الدولي الثاني إلى التعريف بتطور المنظومة العدلية والقضائية فــي المملكة، لاسيما على صعيد الجودة القضائية، وأثر ذلك على المخرجات القضائية، وتحقيق العدالة الناجزة، وحفظ الحقوق، إضافة إلى استعراض التجارب الدولية فـي مجال الجودة القضائـية، ومناقشة أفضل الممارسات لتحسينها.
ويجمع المؤتمر ممثلين وخبراء لمناقشة وتقييم أهم المحاور المتعلقة بالجودة القضائية وآليات تعزيزها، من خلال 8 جلسات حوارية تضم أكثر من 50 متحدثاً، ما يعكس الاهتمام المتزايد بقضايا الجودة القضائية على المستوى الدولي. كما سيشهد المؤتمر مشاركة نخبة من المختصين والمهتمين بالشأن العدلي والقانوني من مختلف أنحاء العالم، وحضور أكثر من 4 آلاف مشارك محلي ودولي.

القضاء والتحول الرقمي

بحسب مشاركين استمعت إليهم «عكاظ»، يأتي المؤتمر امتداداً لنجاح نسخته الأولى، التي تناولت مستقبل القضاء في ظل التحول الرقمي، وشهدت حضوراً واسعاً ومناقشات ثرية حول تطوير المنظومة العدلية وجودة الأداء القضائي. ويركّز المؤتمر في نسخته الثانية على استعراض أفضل الممارسات والتجارب الدولية في مجال الجودة القضائية، وتعزيز الكفاءة والموثوقية في الأنظمة العدلية.
وأتاحت وزارة العدل الراغبين في الحضور التسجيل عبر الموقع الإلكتروني للمؤتمر لحجز مقاعدهم والمشاركة في هذا الحدث العالمي، الذي يُعد منصةً رائدة لتبادل المعرفة وتعزيز التعاون العدلي الدولي.

Under the patronage of Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the Ministry of Justice today (Sunday) begins organizing the “Second International Judicial Conference” for two days in Riyadh, with the attendance of a select group of experts, legal professionals, and specialists from 40 countries, to exchange knowledge and experiences in the field of judicial quality.
Minister of Justice Dr. Walid Al-Samaani expressed his gratitude to the Crown Prince and Prime Minister for his generous sponsorship of the conference, affirming that it extends the unlimited support and great interest that the judicial sector receives from the wise leadership. The Minister of Justice considered the conference an opportunity to exchange experiences and ideas on ways to enhance judicial quality, contributing to the achievement of swift justice and improving judicial performance.
According to the conference registration program reviewed by “Okaz,” the session topics have been divided over Sunday and Monday, encompassing a total of 8 main themes. The first theme focuses on the development of the legislative system and its role in enhancing judicial quality, followed by the topic of the evolution of judicial procedures and its impact on protecting judicial quality. The second theme addresses judicial quality standards and their measurement indicators, then the file on achieving quality in alternative dispute resolution methods.
On the following day, the fourth theme begins with the role of advocacy in ensuring judicial quality, followed by the file on digital transformation to enhance judicial quality, then the theme of modern mechanisms for judicial cooperation in civil and commercial matters, and the last main theme addresses means of achieving preventive justice.
The Second International Judicial Conference aims to introduce the development of the judicial and legal system in the Kingdom, especially regarding judicial quality, its impact on judicial outputs, achieving swift justice, and safeguarding rights, in addition to showcasing international experiences in the field of judicial quality and discussing best practices for its improvement.
The conference brings together representatives and experts to discuss and evaluate the most important themes related to judicial quality and mechanisms for enhancing it, through 8 dialogue sessions that include more than 50 speakers, reflecting the growing interest in judicial quality issues at the international level. The conference will also witness the participation of a select group of specialists and those interested in judicial and legal affairs from around the world, with more than 4,000 local and international participants in attendance.

Judiciary and Digital Transformation

According to participants interviewed by “Okaz,” the conference is an extension of the success of its first edition, which addressed the future of the judiciary in light of digital transformation and witnessed wide attendance and rich discussions on developing the judicial system and the quality of judicial performance. The second edition of the conference focuses on showcasing best practices and international experiences in the field of judicial quality, enhancing efficiency and reliability in judicial systems.
