توطين 12 مهنة في المراكز والصالات الرياضية بالقطاع الخاص – أخبار السعودية – كورا نيو

أعلنت وزارة الموارد البشرية والتنمية الاجتماعية، بالشراكة مع وزارة الرياضة، صدور قرار توطين المهن في المراكز والصالات الرياضية بالقطاع الخاص بنسبة 15%، وسيدخل القرار حيز التنفيذ اعتباراً من تاريخ 1448/6/8 الموافق 2026/11/18، إذ سيتم تطبيق نسبة التوطين على المنشآت التي يعمل بها 4 عاملين فأكثر، ويأتي هذا القرار ضمن المساعي الهادفة إلى توفير مزيدٍ من فرص العمل المحفزة والمُنتجة للمواطنين والمواطنات في مختلف مناطق المملكة.

وتضمن القرار توطين 12 مهنة في المراكز والصالات الرياضية الرجالية والنسائية، من بينها: مدرب رياضي، مدرب كرة قدم محترف، مشرف رياضي، مدرب رياضي خاص، مدرب ألعاب قوى محترف، ويُعزز ذلك من جودة الخدمات الرياضية المقدمة في القطاع الخاص بما يُساهم في الوصول إلى بيئة أكثر احترافية في المنشآت الرياضية.

وتقدم منظومة الموارد البشرية والتنمية الاجتماعية برامج الدعم اللازمة لمساعدة المنشآت في توظيف السعوديين، التي تشمل دعم عمليات الاستقطاب، والتدريب، التأهيل، التوظيف، الاستمرار الوظيفي، إلى جانب أولوية الاستفادة من برامج دعم التوطين، وبرامج صندوق تنمية الموارد البشرية «هدف».

وأصدرت وزارة الموارد البشرية والتنمية الاجتماعية دليلاً إجرائياً يوضّح تفاصيل القرار ونسبة التوطين والمهن المستهدفة على موقع الوزارة الإلكتروني، مُشددة على ضرورة تقيد المنشآت والالتزام بتطبيق الأحكام، تلافياً للعقوبات النظامية التي ستطبق بحق المنشآت المخالفة.

ويأتي هذا الإعلان تجسيداً للتعاون المثمر بين وزارة الموارد البشرية والتنمية الاجتماعية ووزارة الرياضة، التي ستتولى بدورها متابعة تنفيذ القرار بما يتناسب مع حاجات سوق العمل، كما ستستفيد منشآت القطاع الخاص من برامج الدعم والمحفزات التي تقدمها منظومة الموارد البشرية والتنمية الاجتماعية، التي تشمل دعم عمليات الاستقطاب، والتدريب، والتأهيل، والتوظيف، والاستمرار الوظيفي، إلى جانب أولوية الاستفادة من برامج دعم التوطين، وبرامج صندوق تنمية الموارد البشرية (هدف).

The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, in partnership with the Ministry of Sports, announced the issuance of a decision to localize professions in sports centers and halls in the private sector at a rate of 15%. This decision will come into effect starting from 8/6/1448, corresponding to 18/11/2026, and the localization rate will be applied to establishments that employ 4 or more workers. This decision is part of efforts aimed at providing more stimulating and productive job opportunities for citizens in various regions of the Kingdom.

The decision includes the localization of 12 professions in men’s and women’s sports centers and halls, including: sports coach, professional football coach, sports supervisor, private sports coach, and professional athletics coach. This will enhance the quality of sports services provided in the private sector, contributing to a more professional environment in sports establishments.

The Human Resources and Social Development system offers the necessary support programs to assist establishments in employing Saudis, which include support for recruitment, training, qualification, employment, and job retention, in addition to prioritizing the benefit from localization support programs and the Human Resources Development Fund “Hadaf” programs.

The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development has issued a procedural guide that clarifies the details of the decision, the localization rate, and the targeted professions on the ministry’s website, emphasizing the necessity for establishments to comply with and adhere to the provisions to avoid legal penalties that will be imposed on violating establishments.

This announcement reflects the fruitful cooperation between the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development and the Ministry of Sports, which will oversee the implementation of the decision in line with the needs of the labor market. Private sector establishments will benefit from the support and incentives programs provided by the Human Resources and Social Development system, which include support for recruitment, training, qualification, employment, and job retention, along with prioritizing the benefit from localization support programs and the Human Resources Development Fund (Hadaf) programs.
