خبيرات سعوديات يتصدّرن إدارة جلسات دولية أمام المؤتمر العدلي الثاني.. «عكاظ» تكشف التفاصيل – أخبار السعودية – كورا نيو

فيما تنظم وزارة العدل المؤتمر العدلي الدولي الثاني في مدينة الرياض، بمشاركة نخبة من الخبراء والقانونيين والمتخصصين من 40 دولة، وفي مشهد يعكس المكانة المتقدمة التي وصلت إليها المرأة السعودية، تتولى نخبة من السعوديات قيادة جلسات حوارية يشارك فيها خبراء ومختصون من مختلف دول العالم، إذ تشارك كل من سارة بنت خالد محامية ومستشارة قانونية ورئيسة شركة قانونية، الدكتورة منال المحيميد أستاذ الأدب والنقد المشارك بجامعة الأميرة نورة، جوزة الرشيد شريك إداري لشركة قانونية، سارة المنيف مستشارة قانونية محلية ودولية ورئيسة القسم القانوني بشركة عالمية.

وذكرت مصادر «عكاظ»أن القياديات السعوديات سيترأسن جلسات حوارية في منصة المؤتمر العدلي الدولية، ووصفت المصادر المشاركات أنهن ذات خبرات كبيرة ومناصب عليا ويشكلن تجمع نخب قانونية وعدلية ذات خبرات عالية، ويجسدن قدرات وطنية متمكنة قادرة على إدارة النقاش، وصياغة الرؤى، وفتح آفاق جديدة للحوار العالمي، ما يبرهن على أن المرأة السعودية أضحت شريكًا فاعلًا في صياغة المستقبل، وصوتًا مؤثرًا، وحضورًا يليق بطموح الوطن.

وتتركز الجلسات الحوارية على تطوير منظومة التشريعات، ودورها في تعزيز الجودة القضائية وتطور الإجراءات القضائية وأثره في حماية الجودة القضائية ومعايير الجودة القضائية ومؤشرات قياسها وتحقيق الجودة في وسائل تسوية المنازعات البديلة، ودور المحاماة في ضمان الجودة القضائية والتحول الرقمي لرفع مستوى الجودة القضائية والآليات الحديثة للتعاون القضائي في المسائل المدنية والتجارية، إضافة إلى وسائل تحقيق العدالة الوقائية.

ويجمع المؤتمر ممثلين وخبراء لمناقشة وتقييم أهم المحاور المتعلقة بالجودة القضائية وآليات تعزيزها، من خلال 8 جلسات حوارية تضم أكثر من 50 متحدثاً، ما يعكس الاهتمام المتزايد بقضايا الجودة القضائية على المستوى الدولي.

و يشهد المؤتمر مشاركة نخبة من المختصين والمهتمين بالشأن العدلي والقانوني من مختلف أنحاء العالم، وحضور أكثر من 4 آلاف مشارك محلي ودولي.

ويأتي المؤتمر امتداداً لنجاح نسخته الأولى، التي تناولت مستقبل القضاء في ظل التحول الرقمي وشهدت حضوراً واسعاً ومناقشات ثرية حول تطوير المنظومة العدلية وجودة الأداء القضائي. ويركّز المؤتمر في نسخته الثانية على استعراض أفضل الممارسات والتجارب الدولية في مجال الجودة القضائية، وتعزيز الكفاءة والموثوقية في الأنظمة العدلية.

As the Ministry of Justice organizes the second international judicial conference in Riyadh, with the participation of a select group of experts, legal professionals, and specialists from 40 countries, a scene reflecting the advanced status of Saudi women unfolds. A group of Saudi women will lead discussion sessions featuring experts and specialists from various countries around the world. Among them are Sara bint Khalid, a lawyer and legal advisor and head of a legal firm, Dr. Manal Al-Muhaimid, an associate professor of literature and criticism at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University, Jawza Al-Rasheed, a managing partner at a legal firm, and Sara Al-Munif, a local and international legal advisor and head of the legal department at a global company.

Sources from “Okaz” reported that the Saudi female leaders will chair discussion sessions on the international judicial conference platform. The sources described the participants as having significant experience and high-ranking positions, forming a gathering of legal and judicial elites with extensive expertise. They embody capable national competencies able to manage discussions, formulate visions, and open new horizons for global dialogue, demonstrating that Saudi women have become active partners in shaping the future, influential voices, and presences worthy of the nation’s aspirations.

The discussion sessions will focus on developing the legislative system, its role in enhancing judicial quality, the evolution of judicial procedures, and its impact on protecting judicial quality, judicial quality standards, and measurement indicators, as well as achieving quality in alternative dispute resolution methods. Additionally, the role of lawyering in ensuring judicial quality and digital transformation to elevate judicial quality, along with modern mechanisms for judicial cooperation in civil and commercial matters, will be addressed, alongside means of achieving preventive justice.

The conference brings together representatives and experts to discuss and evaluate the most important topics related to judicial quality and mechanisms to enhance it, through 8 discussion sessions featuring more than 50 speakers, reflecting the growing interest in judicial quality issues at the international level.

The conference will witness the participation of a select group of specialists and those interested in judicial and legal affairs from around the world, with over 4,000 local and international participants in attendance.

The conference comes as a continuation of the success of its first edition, which addressed the future of the judiciary in light of digital transformation and witnessed wide attendance and rich discussions on developing the judicial system and the quality of judicial performance. The second edition of the conference focuses on showcasing best practices and international experiences in the field of judicial quality, enhancing efficiency and reliability in judicial systems.
