«دله البركة» و«إعمار» تطلقان مشروعاً بالقاهرة باستثمارات 1.6 مليار دولار – أخبار السعودية – كورا نيو

أعلنت شركة سملا وعلم الروم للتنمية العمرانية، التابعة لشركة دله البركة القابضة، بالشراكة مع شركة إعمار مصر للتنمية، التابعة لشركة إعمار العقارية، عن توقيع اتفاقية إستراتيجية لتطوير مشروع سكني فاخر جديد في القطامية بالقاهرة الجديدة على مساحة 380 فدانًا، باستثمارات تبلغ 1.6 مليار دولار أمريكي (نحو 78 مليار جنيه مصري)، مع عوائد متوقعة تصل إلى 2.44 مليار دولار (117 مليار جنيه مصري).

وتجسد هذه الشراكة الإستراتيجية، بداية تطوير مشروع راقٍ يجمع بين تصاميم إعمار المميزة وتجاربها المعيشية العالمية، ليقدم مجتمعًا متكاملًا يعكس التزام إعمار الراسخ بإعادة تعريف مفهوم الحياة العصرية الراقية في مصر.

وفي تعليق له على هذه الشراكة، صرح المهندس عبد العزيز يماني، الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة دله البركة القابضة: «تُمثل شراكتنا مع إعمار مصر خطوة مهمة ضمن إستراتيجيتنا الإقليمية للاستثمار، وتُعزز ثقتنا الكبيرة في القطاع العقاري المصري الواعد. نعمل معًا على إنشاء وجهة مميزة وفريدة تتميز بجودتها وتصاميمها، وستقدم مساهمة مستدامة وطويلة الأمد في النسيج العمراني للمدينة».

Samla and Al-Roum Urban Development Company, a subsidiary of Dallah Al-Baraka Holding, in partnership with Emaar Misr for Development, a subsidiary of Emaar Properties, announced the signing of a strategic agreement to develop a new luxury residential project in Katameya, New Cairo, covering an area of 380 acres, with investments amounting to 1.6 billion USD (approximately 78 billion Egyptian pounds), and expected returns reaching 2.44 billion USD (117 billion Egyptian pounds).
